| In recent years,due to the increasingly prominent environmental problems,countries are constantly exploring clean and pollution-free energy.As a clean,transportable and efficient fuel,hydrogen is considered to be one of the most promising energy carriers in the future society.Therefore,many countries are currently focusing on hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.Due to the vigorous promotion of many car companies,the number of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles is rapidly increasing.There are many reasons restricting its large-scale application,but the safety of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles is the focus of public attention.In this paper,the problem of accidental leakage of high-pressure hydrogen pipelines in hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and the risk of explosion is proposed.A blower is used to purge hydrogen gas accidentally leaked from hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to quickly reduce the concentration of hydrogen around the vehicle and avoid explosion risks of.This subject conducts research on the accidental hydrogen leakage of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the theoretical knowledge of computational fluid mechanics and gas turbulent jet theory,the jet characteristics of the hydrogen pipeline are analyzed to provide a basis for the determination of the mathematical model parameters below;(2)Establish a physical model of accidental leakage of fuel cell vehicles based on actual conditions,establish a mathematical model of gas jets on the basis of gas jet theory,and use Fluent simulation software to perform numerical simulation of the hydrogen gas leakage process.Select relevant hydrogen leakage and diffusion literature to verify the results,and discuss the hydrogen leakage and diffusion equations and the feasibility of setting boundary conditions;(3)Discuss the effects of various factors on hydrogen leakage,and simulate the diffusion of hydrogen at different temperatures,relative humidity of air,different wind speeds,and with or without solar radiation.According to the effect of various factors on the leakage and diffusion of hydrogen in the atmosphere and the distribution diagram of the molar volume fraction under different conditions,the transmission mechanism and evolution of hydrogen leakage and diffusion are analyzed.Numerically simulate the effects of different blower wind directions and wind speeds on hydrogen leakage and diffusion,and discuss the effectiveness of blowers on hydrogen purge and the effects of different wind directions and wind speeds on hydrogen purge;(4)According to the simulation results of hydrogen leakage and diffusion,analyze the explosion danger area after hydrogen leakage and diffusion,determine the safe area,and provide help for rescuers to carry out safe and effective rescue.Through the research of this subject,the leakage and diffusion of hydrogen in fuel cell vehicles in traffic accidents can be obtained,and the effect of the blower on the high-pressure hydrogen gas leakage purging of fuel cell vehicles in emergency situations can be obtained.At the same time,provide a reference for rescuers to implement safe and effective rescue. |
