With the continuous development of Internet,AI,big data and other technologies,the market of home appliance industry is also undergoing significant changes.Such a situation leads to the increasingly fierce competition in the home appliance industry,so the era of upgrading and upgrading of China’s home appliance industry has come.This is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for all home appliance companies.In this context,C group,as a home appliance company,is also facing the problem of industrial transformation and integration.In this paper,by introducing the gray correlation analysis method to evaluate the financial performance of C group,it makes up for the shortcomings of the existing financial performance evaluation methods of the company,which will play a crucial role in the future development of C group.First of all,this paper summarizes the related theories of financial performance evaluation on the basis of domestic and international references,and expounds the basic steps of the grey correlation analysis method.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of C group,focusing on the main business status,financial performance status,financial performance management status and existing problems of C group.Thirdly,the paper uses the grey relation analysis method to carry on the dynamic comprehensive evaluation to the financial performance of C group.This part focuses on the selection process of indicators and the improvement and application process of the grey relation analysis method,introduces the time dimension empowerment to adjust the result of C group’s relation degree,and obtains the final evaluation result.Finally,this paper combined with the financial status and evaluation results of C group,identified the relative key factors,put forward specific suggestions and improvement plans for the future development of C group,and put forward the problems that need further study.This paper constructs a financial performance evaluation index system in line with the current economic development and enterprise strategy,and designs the time dimension empowerment with scientific methods,and applies the improved grey relational analysis method to group C,hoping to provide strong guidance for group C to improve the financial performance level and formulate reasonable financial management strategies,as well as for other enterprises in the whole household appliance industry Development also has certain reference significance.
