As an essential means of transportation in high-rise buildings,elevators have brought great convenience to people’s daily lives.According to relevant data,the energy consumed by elevators accounts for about 20% of the total energy consumption of high-rise buildings,and the energy consumption is quite serious.According to the operating characteristics of the elevator,during the operation of the traction elevator,when the elevator is in the light-load upward and heavy-load downward operation states,the gravity potential energy of the system decreases at this time,and the traction machine is in the power generation state.In the ordinary traction elevator,the regenerative energy is consumed through the braking resistor,which not only causes a waste of energy,but also needs to add a heat dissipation device to the elevator machine room,resulting in secondary energy consumption.In order to recover and effectively use the regenerative energy generated by the elevator,an electro-hydraulic hybrid drive traction elevator energy-saving system that uses a hydraulic pump / motor and an accumulator for energy saving is proposed and designed.The system can store the energy generated when the traction machine is in the power generation state in the accumulator.When the elevator is in the electric state,the energy in the accumulator is released to assist the traction machine to drive.The main research content of the thesis is: firstly,a brief introduction is made on the development status of the elevator industry and the research on energysaving elevator technology at home and abroad,and the main research object of this subject is proposed.Then according to the research object of the subject,the corresponding model is selected and calculated.Simulate the energy consumption of the traction machine and the load torque of the traction machine when the ordinary elevator is running,and simulate and analyze the energy saving system of the fixed displacement pump / motor.On the basis of the fixed displacement pump / motor energy-saving system,an electric-hydraulic dual-source energy storage system and a variable displacement pump / motor energy-saving system have been established.The energy consumption was analyzed and calculated,and compared with ordinary elevators and elevators with fixed displacement energysaving systems.In addition,the failures that may occur during the operation of the elevator are manufactured in Simulation X,and the safety system settings of the elevator are combined with the advantages of the system to improve the safety of the elevator.Finally,the subject is summarized and the conclusion of the study is drawn.The research of this subject shows that when using a fixed-displacement pump / motor energy-saving system to save energy,the energy-saving efficiency can reach more than 50% compared with the energy consumption of an ordinary elevator;an electric-hydraulic dual-source energy storage system and a variable displacement pump / motor are used The energy-saving system is 20% higher than the fixed-displacement pump / motor energy-saving system,and the energysaving effect is obvious. |
