As the urbanization of Xi’an continues to accelerate,and the development plan of Greater Xi’an is launched,the development of urban housing has also increased year by year.Under the influence of the increase in urban population,changes in family structure and increase in the cost of house purchase,the demand for medium-sized houses has also increased.In recent years,due to the increase in demand,the design cycle has been compressed,which has caused designers to give insufficient consideration to residential life expectations,and problems such as unreasonable space area allocation,single space function,and low utilization efficiency have appeared.Existing sets are difficult to meet the needs of today’s life,not to mention the higher requirements of future changes in life.Therefore,the author hopes to introduce the methodology of architectural planning,establish a medium-sized post-use evaluation database in Xi’an,and improve the practical experience and problems of the completed buildings and apply them to future designs.Discuss how to improve the optimization of the nesting function and the adaptability to meet the life cycle of the family,so that the medium-sized nesting in Xi’an can meet the needs of users and enhance the living experience.The full text is as follows:First of all,through the study of architectural planning theory,the author discovers the guiding significance of the post-assessment method used in the architectural planning theory for the design of medium-sized apartments,and proposes a post-use assessment method to study the application of medium-sized apartments in Xi’an.Secondly,the author conducted a declarative and survey-based post-use evaluation and survey of the middle-sized residential houses designed and constructed between 2011 and 2013,which have been put into use for more than 2 years,and mastered the functional requirements,family structure,and usage of similar types of residential houses.And status quo issues.And analyzed the reasons for these problems.Then the author analyzes: 1.In recent years,Xi’an City has data on population size,household size,intergenerational relationship,per capita housing area,real estate market transactions and other data,and obtained the future trend of medium-sized users.2.During 2018.01-2019.04,16 medium-sized functional space scales are under construction.The two are combined with the above,summarizing the current development status of Xi’an medium-sized apartment design and the problems that still need to be solved.Finally,it summarizes the optimization path of medium-sized dwelling houses in Xi’an: perfect functions and adapt to periodic changes,optimization methods: improve space configuration;compound utilization of space;establish storage system.The proposed optimization method is applied to a case of medium-sized dwellings under construction to verify the feasibility of the method.
