In the eighties of last century,resonance crushing petrochemical technology rose in the United States,and its application in practical engineering has achieved good results.After decades of development,resonance crushing petrochemical technology has formed a complete system in the United States,including resonance crushing petrochemical decision-making,construction technical guidance,later pavement maintenance,pavement monitoring and other technologies are more mature.In 2006,resonance crushing petrochemical technology was introduced into China and applied in Shanghai,Zhejiang and other places successively.At present,cement concrete pavement accounts for a large proportion of the total highway area in our country.with the emergence of pavement diseases,resonance fragmentation technology is more and more applied to the reconstruction of old cement concrete pavement in our country.As the construction of resonance crushing petrochemical technology is affected by road conditions,local hydrological environment,climate and other factors,so the better use of this technology needs to be guided by more complete norms.Based on the disaster recovery and reconstruction project from the south gate of Ningdu to Laicun on G319 line,this paper follows up the progress of the project,from the previous investigation of the old pavement to the whole process of resonant petrification construction.This paper summarizes the prerequisites for the construction of resonant crushing petrification,as well as the failure types and causes of cement concrete pavement.The road condition and economic cost are evaluated to ensure the high efficiency and economy of the application of resonance crushing technology.The on-site construction experience is summarized and supplemented,and a relatively complete construction process of resonance crushing is described,which provides reference value for the application of related construction technology in the future.The study of the resonant broken layer is carried out,and the cutting plane photos of the broken layer are obtained.through the secondary development of the MATLAB calculation program,the crack image is transformed into a digital image,and then the digital image is binarized to separate the crack from the background area,so as to calculate its fractal dimension and crack ratio.The principle and application of fractal theory are expounded.The fractal theory is used to study the fracture layer crack.The fractal dimension and crack ratio of 62 samples are calculated and the relevant statistics are achieved.The normality test of fractal dimension data and crack rate data is carried out by using SPSS data statistics software.Two kinds of methods for data normality verification are summarized: graphic method and non-parametric test method.The sample data are described and counted by histogram,Q-Q diagram,P-P diagram,kurtosis coefficient and skewness coefficient,Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Shapiro-Wilk test.It is found that the fractal dimension and crack ratio of cracks in the broken layer are in accordance with normal distribution.
