Our country has superior inland shipping conditions.With the rapid development of economy in recent years,the annual transport volume of inland shipping is also increasing.With the rapid growth of water transport and sea transport throughput,the requirements for the depth of harbour basins and waterways are also increasing,and the demand for dredging and silting is also increasing.With the development of cities in China,the demand for land is increasing,and the land reclamation project is also increasing.Increasing gradually.However,at present,many channels have been silted for many years,resulting in the rise of river bed,and the large tonnage inland river ships cannot be navigable,which seriously affects the transportation efficiency,so the Inland River needs to be continuously desilted.Chinese inland river system is very developed,with numerous rivers,seas,lakes and reservoirs,long inland waterways and continental coastlines,and numerous islands along the coast.These riverbanks and coastal resources provide many favorable conditions for water transport and water conservancy construction,and also provide a huge market for the development of dredging industry.Silt dredger is an important equipment for waterway dredging,water conservancy silt removal and river regulation,and its application market is very large.At present,China has many kinds of large and medium dredging and silt removal equipment,mainly suction dredgers,bucket wheel dredgers and cutter suction dredgers,a large number of which are distributed in various major waterways in China,and have very strong dredging level.In inland waterway transportation system,many dredging vessels belong to small and medium-sized vessels,with various types.In this paper,the vibration characteristics of the multi-function dredging vessel are analyzed by ANSYS finite element software.It mainly studied the following:(1)Calculate the inherent characteristics of the target ship.In this paper,the three-dimensional model of the ship is established by the plate and beam units in ANSYS software,and the quality of the attached water is applied to the model by empirical method.Finally,by means of finite element software,the inherent characteristics of the ship are calculated.(2)The forced vibration response of the target ship is calculated.Through the analysis and calculation of the main vibration source of the ship,the numerical value is input into ANSYS software,the forced vibration response of the ship is obtained through harmonic response analysis,and the vibration acceleration response characteristics of the representative position are analyzed.Finally,the obtained value is compared with relevant standards and a conclusion is drawn.(3)Vibration reduction analysis for special parts.After the analysis of the forced vibration results,it was found that the stern part was relatively large,and two measures were taken:one was to strengthen the stern part locally to increase its rigidity;the other was to add vibration isolation unit under the main vibration source.Then the model structure was modified for response analysis,and the results obtained were analyzed and summarized.The results showed that the vibration reduction effect was obvious after the vibration isolator and the tail part were strengthened.Through the finite element analysis of the structure of the multi-function dredging vessel,the vibration characteristics of the multi-function dredging vessel are grasped,and the calculated results and control scheme provide a reference for the vibration control of the multi-function dredging vessel.
