| Since the implementation of the new environmental protection law,environmental protection has become a key task of government departments at all levels.The research on pollutant discharge of vessel diesel engines has also become a hot research of modern scholars.The achievements in various fields of coastal and inland,sea and inland rivers are constantly being updated.As the main navigable river connecting the Central Plains of Henan,Anhui and Jiangsu,the Huaihe River has now become a national-level development strategy,and its future development will be further accelerated.However,there is little research on the air pollution of ships in the Huaihe River channel.This paper uses the 142-kilometer Bengbu channel of the Huaihe River to measure the emissions in a specific section,which provides a theoretical reference for government’s environmental protection decision-making in the future.This paper uses the 142-kilometer Bengbu channel of the Huaihe River to measure the emissions in a specific section,which provides a theoretical reference for government’s environmental protection decision-making in the future.This paper mainly employs the method of experimental analysis to study the emission characteristics of the 12 inland vessels of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal under the actual working conditions,and obtain the emission factors of the inland river diesel engine.By the analysis of the registered ship type using the statistical and sampling methods,as well as measuring the ship’s flow rate of the Bengbu section in the Huaihe River,the main characteristics of the inland river ship were defined objectively.Put forward the suitable for inland river ships oil consumption formula of huaihe river waterway.The emission list is classified by employing the fuel consumption“top-down”calculation method.Based on the analysis results of the in-situ real ship test and the carbon and sulfur balance method,the emission factors that meet the characteristics of inland water emission are selected.On this basis,a simplified calculation formula for each pollutant emission is proposed,and the emission list in the year of 2019 is calculated at the Huaihe River Bengbu section,which is listed respectively as follows:CO is 1352.9 tons,NOx is 3320.8 tons,HC is 237.2 tons,PM is 320.7 tons,SOx is 1287.1 tons,and CO2 is 134413.4 tons. |
