| During the rapid development of urban construction,conflicts often occur between the original buildings and the new city planning,and the building translation technology solves this contradiction well.Building monolithic movement is a special form of structural reinforcement and reconstruction,which has the advantages of low cost,short construction period,and small impact on the surrounding environment compared to demolition and reconstruction.The difference between this kind of project and the general new construction is that the new structure focuses on the overall optimization between economy and safety,and the translational building,because most of it is cultural protection building,has higher safety requirements than economic requirements.At present,there is no unitary standard to guide the design and construction of various types of house translation,and most of the projects rely on existing theories and engineering experienc e.Because different projects have different structural characteristics and translati on requirements,it is necessary to design according to the characteristics of the project itself.This paper gives the design and construction method for the track system of masonry building with brick column independent foundation,which is of great sign ificance for improving the theory and practice of masonry structure translation.In order to study the characteristics of the brick column independent foundation masonry structure in the translation engineering,this paper takes a monolithic movement project as an example,combining on-site monitoring results and finite element method to study the design and construction of the translation engineering track system,the main work are as follows:(1)The underpinning design method of the bearing wall and be aring column,the arrangement of the connecting beam and the bracing in the design of the upper track in this masonry structure engineering example were studied;the treatment of the original foundation of the lower track,the design of the transition sect ion of the new and old foundation and the new foundation design were given;in addition,this paper gives the load value method of the superstructure in the track design,the way the roller was placed,the design of the traction force and the construction method of the upper and lower tracks.(2)Record the indexes of strain,settlement,inclination,simultaneousness of displacement and speed during the translation of the masonry structure on the basis of actual engineering,organize and analyze the monitoring data,and study the impact of each stage of translation construction on the track system.At the same time the limits of each monitoring index are given.(3)The finite element model of the masonry structure in the project was established,and four working conditions were selected which reflect the most unfavorable conditions of the structure at different stages.The reaction of the track system and the superstructure was analyzed,the force-delivering ratio of each member of the upper track and the force behavior of the superstructure were given under each stage.(4)On the basis of actual engineering and finite element analysis,the design key points and construction control points of each component of the track system in the translation of the masonry structure were put forward,which supply references for translation project of the masonry structure with brick column independent foundation. |
