| The lubrication system is one of the important systems of diesel engine.Insufficient lubrication of diesel engine will lead to excessive wear of parts,and the friction surface will also generate a lot of heat,high temperature will also shorten the service life of parts.Therefore,it is practical and necessary to analyze and optimize the performance of diesel engine lubrication system.In this paper,a lot of fluid mechanics knowledge is involved,which is the basis of lubrication system simulation modeling.According to the structure and working principle of diesel engine lubrication system,a complete one-dimensional simulation model of lubrication system is established by using GT-suite simulation software.The simulation model is calibrated with the corresponding diesel engine test data,and the difference between model and test is within 5%.The key data of main oil channel pressure,oil flow,opening pressure of pressure regulating valve and bearing oil film thickness are obtained through the simulation calculation of the model.At the same time,the influence mechanism of oil pump,pressure limiting valve,bearing clearance and piston cooling nozzle on the pressure and oil flow distribution of the main oil channel in the lubricating system is studied by using the simulation model,which provides data support for the optimization of the subsequent lubricating system.The analysis of the simulation results shows that the oil pressure,the opening pressure of the pressure limiting valve,the minimum oil film thickness and the maximum oil film pressure of the main bearing and connecting rod bearing all meet the requirements for the formation of the bearing oil film,and the oil supply capacity of the oil pump also meets the lubrication requirements.However,the flow rate of piston cooling nozzle is lower than the minimum limit of design requirements in the range of medium and high speed.Based on the analysis of the influence mechanism of the lubrication system,the optimization scheme of the lubrication system is put forward.The parameters of the optimized lubrication system are checked,and the analysis results show that the parameters of the optimized lubrication system meet the design requirements. |
