The Protective Reuse Strategy Of Some Third-line Industrial Heritages In Shaanxi Province Under The Idea Of "Symbiosis"

Since the construction of new China,the third-line construction has been a vigorous industrial construction in the core provinces of China for more than a decade,which has made important contributions to the improvement of China’s industrial development imbalance and the development of the western region.Because of the special time factor,the distinctive characteristics of the three-line industry scattered in the landscape,in the industrial development history of the motherland left an indelible imprint.Shaanxi province,as one of the key provinces of third-line construction in that year,has a large number of third-line projects in the electronics,aviation,aerospace and other industries.However,for reasons of confidentiality,the history of third-line construction is not well known by the Chinese people,and since the adjustment and reconstruction in the 1980s,a large number of third-line enterprises have gone bankrupt or moved out of their old sites.With its intricate background,red tape,missing legal system and remote geographical location,the third-line industrial heritage is mostly in a state of neglect,and its present situation is not optimistic.However,with the rapid economic development in the past 30 years,now China has begun to enter the stage of industrial structure transformation.As the fulcrum of the silk road,shaanxi province is based on the construction of an international city and a "One Belt And One Road" tourism center city.On the other hand,the heterogeneous industrial characteristics and image of the third-line industrial heritage of shaanxi province can be integrated into the future development plan.On the one hand,it can promote the protection by reuse to make up for the missing functions.On the other hand,it can provide high-quality products and services for the whole-region tourism of shaanxi province and improve the regional image.Based on this,the research structure of this paper is as follows:The first chapter mainly expounds the origin,research background,purpose and significance of this paper,and finally puts forward the research method,content and framework of this paper after the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter first explains the concept and characteristics of third-line industrial heritage,and analyzes the differences between the development process of British industrial heritage and domestic cities such as wuhan,Shanghai and chongqing,so as to put forward the protective reuse mechanism and model of industrial heritage.The third chapter divides the third-line industrial construction in shaanxi into three periods,analyzes the spatial and architectural characteristics of the third-line industrial heritage in shaanxi,then surveys the opinions of the shaanxi people on the protection and reuse of the third-line industrial heritage through questionnaires,and finally emphasizes the problems faced by the third-line industrial heritage in shaanxi.Chapter four establishes the value evaluation system to explore the value of the third-line industrial heritage in shaanxi province and provides guarantee for the protective reuse of the third-line heritage by improving and refining relevant laws and regulations.In chapter five,from the three angles of macroscopy-urban planning,mesofactory renovation and micro-construction-building reuse,the protective reuse methods of third-line industrial heritages in shaanxi province are explored from different perspectives according to the characteristics of the heritages.I hope that through this paper,the author can provide some help and inspiration for the research and practice of protection and reuse of third-line industrial heritage in shaanxi province.
