| The noise pollution of the existing prefabricated substation has a great impact on people’s production and living environment.The cotton products used in the prefabricated wallboard materials are easy to fall off during construction,which is irritating to human body and has poor fire performance.In order to solve these contradictions,we develop the wall panel material with light weight and good fire resistance.In this paper,the low-frequency sound absorption and sound insulation performance in the current wall materials is poor,the construction environment is not friendly,fire requirements are not up to the standard.Starting from the principle of absorption and sound insulation,a variety of schemes are adopted to summarize the law of noise reduction,especially the improvement of low-frequency sound absorption coefficient and sound insulation through repeated experiments and a large number of acoustic tests.The main conclusions are as follows:First: use organic impregnation method to prepare porous ceramics,perlite concrete technology to prepare ceramic porous materials and cement based perlite products and other sound-absorbing products.Through a large number of impedance tube acoustic test,the results were observed and compared.Through the perlite particle size,material thickness,cavity thickness,series structure and other factors affecting the sound absorption and insulation performance were investigated.The practical application parameters and technological experience of improving acoustic performance are summarized by comparing with the available acoustic materials in the market.Greatly improve the low frequency,especially about 100 Hz noise problem.The maximum sound absorption coefficient of 100 Hz is 0.75,and the full-frequency sound absorption coefficient is also high.The plate is light weight,less than1000kg/m3,suitable for assembly construction,using inorganic porous material,has a strong advantage in fire and flame retardant.Second,two kinds of cement based perlite sound insulation products,foaming and unfoaming,were designed.Sound insulation samples were artificially prepared in the laboratory.The existing sound insulation products in the market were tested together for sound insulation quantity,and the sound insulation data were compared and the sound insulation related rules were analyzed.It is found that the requirements of sound insulation products are different from those of sound absorption products.A large number of closed pores are needed for sound insulation products.The average sound insulation capacity of sound insulation products produced with perlite particles of about 1mm can reach 40-45 d B.Third: the sample is made into a large plate after sampling impedance tube test.It is found that the sound-absorbing performance of the large sample is similar to that of the small sample.Then the plate is reinforced by hand calculation and PKPM computer calculation in order to make the plate have enough strength in the actual hoisting process.Four points of hoisting stress are checked to meet the requirements. |
