| For engineering projects,post-audit is the most widely used, which is also known as the traditional audit method. With the continuous development of society, the disadvantages of this one-time audit mode gradually emerge: short supervision time, narrow audit coverage, only a small part of the problems in the construction of the project can be found. In this case, the whole process tracking audit was designed at the historic moment.Auditors divide the whole project into different stages, make judgments for each time period, and finally put forward targeted audit improvement measures. It can take timely measures to solve the problems, which not only has a certain role in urging and promoting the construction process of the whole project, but also improves the whole project economic benefits of the project. In China, there are few researches on the whole process tracking audit of non-public projects, most of them stay in the theoretical research, and the actual application is relatively small. In this paper, through consulting the theoretical basis and application research of domestic and foreign scholars on the whole process follow-up audit of engineering projects, combining with the relevant audit connotation and theoretical basis,it will take the whole process tracking audit of Gandu garden project under Lian Gang Real Estate Co.,Ltd.as an example to explore the problems in the process of audit, including the lack of audit in the design stage, the imperfect audit of project progress and quality, the narrow scope of material audit and the low execution of audit results. Then it will analyze the causes, and finally put forward suggestions for improvement. But in fact, the project has been implemented, and these improvement opinions may not help the project itself much, but its significance is not only a kind of afterwards summary, but also more to give some reference and reference to the follow-up audit of other projects in the future of Lian Gang Real Estate Co.,Ltd.The theoretical system of the whole process follow-up audit will be promoted to be more complete and more applicable to the actual audit work through the case study of the project. |
