| The closed renovation of open balconies of urban houses has become very common in hot summer and cold winter area.The use of large window-to-wall ratio for closed balconies has become a distinctive feature.In the cold and severe cold area,the energy-saving design of buildings is mainly based on thermal insulation,the closed balcony has already been proven to be suitable for residential buildings in this region.In the hot summer and cold winter area,thermal insulation and heat insulation should be taken into account in the energy-saving building design,the large window-to-wall ratio becomes the weakest point of thermal insulation.When the enclosed balcony does not retain the internal partition or the door in the internal partition is opened,it will inevitably cause overheated in interior space during the hot summer season,and result in more energy consumption for air conditioning refrigeration;if the airtightness of the window is poor,cold wind penetration in winter will also cause adverse effects on the indoor thermal environment and increase heating energy consumption.Therefore,it is of great scientific significance and practical value to conduct a comprehensive study on the low-energy renovation technology of closed balconies.Based on the geography of the hot summer and cold winter regions,this paper carried out the following research from the perspective of the use function of enclosed balconies and residential energy consumption:First,through domestic and foreign literature reviews,basic theoretical studies,field surveys and reviews of residential balconies in hot summers and cold winters,and online data collection,the main problems of closed balcony renovation in the area were found,the research direction was clarified,and the use of the closed balcony in the area and thermal conditions of various elements of balcony enclosure structure was summarized.Secondly,by using Design Builder,an energy consumption software,a simplified nine-grid model was established to compare and study the energy consumption of four facing convex balconies under different working conditions.The enclosed balcony enclosure structure elements include internal partition,window-to-wall ratio,balcony wall and shading as variable factors,Take Changsha as the typical representative climate in hot summer and cold winter regions.Quantitative comparative analysis of the energy saving effects of individual elements and combined elements was carried out to explore the climate-adaptable residential closed balcony low-energy reconstruction technology system in this area.Thirdly,establish a typical residential unit model to calculate the energy saving contribution rate of each element of the balcony envelope structure before and after optimization,and summarize the closed balcony low-energy reconstruction technology combination corresponding to the three building energy-saving design modes,which are suitable for hot summer and cold winter areas,and test the indoor temperature to analyze the improvement of indoor thermal comfort before and after renovation.Finally,based on the shortcomings of the current situation of the closed balcony renovation in this area,the principle of low-energy consumption reconstruction for closed balconies is proposed;combined with the current relevant energy-saving technology and shading products,the low energy consumption renovation technical measures of the residential closed balcony in this area are summarized,and the use guidance for the closed balcony is given. |
