Game Analysis Of Government Supervision,Construction And Supervision Enterprises In Quality And Safety Management Of Construction Projects

In recent years,the construction workmanship has been improving with the rapid development of the construction industry,but the accident rate has been high.This makes the construction quality and safety management becomes a hot issue.Government supervision departments,supervision units and construction units are important participants in construction quality and safety management.In order to improve the quality and safety management of construction,the paper describes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the government supervision departments,supervision units and construction units in construction quality and safety management.The paper introduces the role and orientation of government supervision department,supervision unit and construction unit in construction quality and safety management.At the same time,the application of game theory in engineering safety management is introduced in detail,and the core research method evolutionary game theory is put forward.In view of various problems existing in the quality and safety management of construction projects in the government supervision departments,supervision units and construction units,this paper analyzes the above problems and finds out the reasons for the formation of the game relationship between them.Based on the above results,the evolutionary game theory is used to analyze.Firstly,the basic assumption and model parameters are proposed,and the income payment matrix is established based on the model parameters.By copying the dynamic equation and Jacobian matrix,the evolutionary stability of the above objects is analyzed.From the different behavior strategies of the government supervision department,the construction company and the supervision company,the two game models are constructed.Through the parameters of penalty,reputation loss,reward and so on,the possible evolutionary stable equilibrium is analyzed.We can get the results as below:It is verified theoretically incentive mechanism and punishment mechanism have positive impact on construction unit and supervision unit’ s behavior strategy in construction project quality and safety management.Introducing reputation loss into the construction project quality and safety management game is a powerful measure to stabilize the reward mechanism and punishment mechanism in the imbalance process of participating in the dynamic game.Through the evolutionary game theory,the reward,punishment and other factors are put into the game model.According to the feasibility of the verification results,it provides a theoretical verification model for the behavior strategy selection of other subjects involved in the project management activities.To sum up,this paper constructs the evolutionary model of the game between the government supervision department and the supervision unit,the government supervision department and the construction unit,and the construction unit and the supervision unit.Also analyzes the long-term game process of the three parties in construction quality and safety management by the replication dynamic equation and Jacobian matrix.It provides a reference for improving the quality and safety management efficiency of construction projects and standardizing the development of construction market.
