The geographical environment of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is superior,which is suitable for planting cotton.With the continuous development of science and technology,mechanized cotton picking has become the future development trend.The hydraulic system is an important part of cotton picker,which has practical significance for the research of cotton picker.First of all,field experiment found that there are three main problems in the hydraulic system of the cotton picker: the asynchronous phenomenon in the hydraulic motor of the drum drive system,the asynchronous phenomenon in the lifting hydraulic cylinder of the drum and the insufficient suction of the fan system.The field measurement,theoretical calculation and simulation analysis are used to analyze each part of the problems and find the reasons.Secondly,aiming at three main problems,the hydraulic system of the whole cotton picker is redesigned.Through Amesim and MATLAB / Simulink joint simulation and fluent flow field simulation analyzed the feasibility of the hydraulic system.The cylinder drive system hydraulic motor is out of sync: The closed hydraulic system of pump control motor is new redesigned as the roller drive hydraulic system.The proportional control valve controls the flow to the hydraulic motor.By using the method of Amesim and MATLAB / Simulink joint simulation,PID control and fuzzy self-tuning PID control are applied to solve the problem of asynchronous speed of hydraulic motor in the roller drive system;The cylinder lifting hydraulic cylinder is out of synchronization:The cylinder lifting system is redesigned as a proportional valve controlled cylinder system.Through Amesim simulation method,PID control is applied to the whole drum lifting hydraulic system of cotton picker to achieve the effect of synchronous lifting of three hydraulic cylinders;Insufficient suction of fan system:Theoretical calculation of the initial fan speed.Analyzes the reason of insufficient suction of fan system through fluent,so as to select the hydraulic system of fan from new calculation.Finally,the experimental process design is carried out for the next cotton picking season,including the integration of roller lifting system,fan system,cotton box rollover system,valve block of roller anti blocking system,selection of encoder and sensor,selection of PLC hardware and PLC software programming.In addition,a simulation experiment platform of anti blocking system is built to simulate the process from blocking to unblocking.The conclusion is as follows:when the cylinder drives the closed hydraulic system,applying PID control and fuzzy self-tuning PID control,the synchronous effect of the driving motor can be realized,and the fuzzy self-tuning PID control has higher synchronous accuracy than PID control;By applying PID control,the synchronous lifting effect of three hydraulic cylinders in the drum lifting hydraulic system is realized;Through the fluent simulation analysis,the speed of the fan system and the flow and pressure of the fan hydraulic system are determined,so as to achieve the optimal cotton suction.
