| With the rise of electric vehicle’s market,wireless charging technology,a new type of charging technology that is convenient,fast and safe,has been the focus of research in recent years.In the resonant electromagnetic induction wireless charging technology,it is of great significance to study the compensation topology,magnetic coupler and foreign object detection device in order to improve the system performance,stability and safety.This paper firstly introduces the basic principle of the electric vehicle wireless charging system,compares and analyzes the performance of the basic compensation topology and double-sided LCC compensation topology.Based on the double-sided LCC compensation topology,a system parameter optimization design method is proposed combined with magnetic couplers.The design provides the foundation for designing the wireless charging system.Then it introduces the basic magnetic coupler’s feature and proposes a DDO coil combining the circular coil and the DD coil.Through software simulation,DDO coils show better anti-misalignment capability.Then it introduces the existing problems of the metal detection technology applied in the field of electric vehicle’s wireless charging technology.Then it presents a metal detection technology using selfinductive variation detection coils based on the principle of electromagnetic induction.By theoretical analysis and simulation,it proves its feasibility and high detection accuracy.Finally,the prototype of electric vehicle wireless charging system and metal detection device are built.By the experiment,it proves the feasibility and superiority of the parameter optimization method,the DDO coils and the metal detection technology based on self-inductive variation detection coils mentioned above. |
