Railway signal equipment is an important facility for directing trains to enter park,and exit safely.When the equipment is damaged,it will not only cause the equipment to malfunction,but also might cause a major traffic accident.Therefore,daily maintenance and overhaul equipment is essential to maintain its normal operation.At present,The way to inspect signal equipment on railway rely on manual operation from task formulation,task distribution,inspection equipment,and reporting problems.However,there are many hinder in the process of equipment inspection,such as: difficult to manage equipment categories,difficult to make work plans,difficult to trace back the status of facilities,difficult to guarantee the authenticity of information,difficult to guarantee the quality of tasks,difficult to blame after the fact,difficult to evaluate personnel performance and difficult to improve professional quality.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a railway inspection management system with intelligent dispatching,management visualization and standardized operations.The system consists of platform supervision system,inspection terminal and mobile supervision terminal.This paper first analyzes the current problems of railway inspections,sorts out the actual functional requirements and system performance requirements,and then through technical comparison,selects the Django architecture as the underlying framework of the platform supervision system and chooses the MySQL database to store data.Finally,the MQTT protocol is selected as the communication protocol of inspection terminal,mobile supervision terminal,platform supervision system and service-terminal.According to the system requirements analysis and technology selection,this paper propose a system architecture scheme and a platform architecture scheme,and design system functional structure and core business processes,and draw the database E-R diagram and define the data structure,and design MQTT topics for communication between inspection terminals,mobile supervision terminals and servers,and design the data interaction process between the inspection terminal and the server.The system business process includes intelligent dispatch process and standardized operation process,and then design and implement three subsystems: the platform supervision system,server and mobile client.This system functions include modules such as intelligent dispatch,standardized operations,visual management of personnel and field equipment,and assessment management.After implementation,the railway inspection management system was tested from the perspectives of functionality,local and online server system response times,and concurrent stress conditions,and the final test results were as expected.The railway inspection management system designed and realized in this paper can generate task templates by dragging and editing controls,which provide users with customized forms to standardize personnel operating procedures,thereby reducing the professional skills requirements of guards for equipment inspection.At the same time,an anomaly detection mechanism can also be set up to automatically dispatch work orders and process tracking results when the equipment is abnormal,to achieve closed-loop management of the dispatch work orders to ensure the quality of operations and the safety of railway signal equipment.Finally,the entire life cycle management of the field equipment is realized,which plays a good role in guaranteeing driving safety.
