| The basic friction slip isolation technology was mainly applied to some brick-concrete masonry structures with small aspect ratio and low height in the early stage,and the research on the frame structure is still little.At the same time,because the energy dissipation method of this technology is friction energy dissipation,excessive displacement during an earthquake may cause damage to the limit device and a separate reset mechanism is required,which makes construction difficult.This paper presents a new type of combined seismic isolation support,which is mainly composed of a rigid slider element and a reset rubber element connected in parallel.It makes full use of the characteristics of the rubber isolation support and the friction slip support.Improvement of isolation technology.The new combined seismic isolation bearing has the advantages of simple structure,clear function,low cost,large bearing capacity,easy transportation and construction.The basic structure,working principle and mechanical restoring force characteristics of the new combined seismic isolation bearing are introduced,and the mechanical properties of the two different friction coefficient modified PTFE bearings are tested.The dynamic analysis model,motion equation and time-history analysis method of the new combined isolation structure are proposed to provide theoretical guidance for shaking table test and finite element simulation analysis.A full-scale model of a three-layer steel frame structure was designed and manufactured as a superstructure for the new combined seismic isolation support.Two natural waves and one artificial wave were selected,and the X and Y unidirectional loading methods were used for 7 degrees.(0.15g)Excitation of seismic waves for frequent,fortified and rare earthquakes.Three groups of tests were conducted,including two sets of isolation structure models using different modified PTFE as friction materials,and a set of non-isolation structure models with fixed foundations.Observe the macroscopic phenomena such as the deformation and movement of the structural model during the test,collect and organize the test data,and obtain the acceleration,displacement,floor shear force,hysteretic energy analysis of the isolation layer and other earthquakes of the three sets of structural models reaction.And establish a new type of combined isolation structure of SAP2000 finite element analysis model,through analysis of its seismic response and comparison with the shaking table test results.Finally,the content of the study in this paper is summarized.The conclusion shows that the design of the new rigid sliding plate-reset rubber combined isolation bearing is reasonable,and the bearing has reliable bearing capacity,horizontal recovery force and frictional energy dissipation capacity.The shock absorption effect is good,and it has a high value of promotion and application.Point out the shortcomings of this article,and put forward suggestions for further research. |
