Research On Expressway Surface Quality Evaluation Technology By Point Cloud Data

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the speed of economic construction and the level of science and technology in China,and the rapid development of highway construction industry,the surface quality of highways will directly affect the co mfort of road driving,so it has become a focus issue in the field of highway quality management.The traditional methods of expressway surface quality inspection and evaluation are mainly based on visual inspection,point measurement and ruler measurement,which have the characteristics of point instead of line and line instead of surface.There are defects such as low accuracy,large error,incomplete data and poor reliability.Therefore,how to use advanced science and technology,put forward efficient,economic and reliable quality inspection methods,and build a scientific and reasonable highway surface quality evaluation system has become one of the hot issues.Based on 3D point cloud data,aiming at the straight section of expressway,taking the surface quality of expressway as the research object,this paper firstly expounds the theoretical basis and research methods related to the surface quality of the whole area of expressway,introduces the preprocessing methods such as point cloud data drying,th inning,registration,coordinate conversion,and then analyzes the influencing factors of the surface quality of expressway,combining the requirements of highway quality inspection and assessment standards for the surface smoothness,slope,and elevation of expressways,the evaluation indicators and methods of expressway surface quality are constructed,and the analysis method o f expressway surface quality evaluation accuracy using volume method is proposed.Finally,the intelligent evaluation of the whole area surface quality of high-speed highway is realized by using Vue software programming.This research will provide a new technology for the quality inspection and evaluation of expressway surface,and will help to promote the improvement of highway quality management level in China.
