| Instrumentation and Control(I&C)system is the nerve center of the nuclear power plant(NPP)and its reliability operation affects the normal operating,efficiency and security of the NPP.I&C include instruments and subsystems.As the main sub-system of I&C,digital nuclear power control system plays an important role in the NPP.Security evaluation and reliability analysis of control system from function design to software and hardware configuration,and overall the system life cycle impact the NPP operation and is needed more focus and solution.Meanwhile,qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are widely used in the NPP I&C project.Different I&C project select different reliability analysis methods.Up to the present,there isn’t any approach which could complete the reliability assessment of NPP I&C system as a widely acceptable method for the project.Based on the real project case,this paper selects the FMECA and RBD as the approach of reliability modeling to analyze the whole system reliability of the typical configuration process control system and earthquake reactor trip control system.The result of the paper will guide the control system design or configuration optimization,provide the reference to the overall I&C system reliability evaluation and find the weak design point to improve the system design to meet the NPP performance requirements.Details are as follows:1)Analyze the overall architecture of the I&C in NPP,the main function and character of each sub-system and introduce CPU/FPGA platform of the digital nuclear power control system.2)Discuss the different NPP I&C reliability analysis methods and the system reliability target requirement and summary work process.3)Select NPP typical process control system design as the study case,establish the Failure mode effect and critically analysis and reliability block diagram models according to the control system architecture and implement qualitative and quantitative analysis,and focus on the system availability.4)Select NPP FPGA earthquake reactor trip control system design as the study case,establish the reliability block diagram models according to the system architecture and implement quantitative analysis,and focus on the rate of unwanted operation rate and failure to trip.5)Discuss the necessary,method and implementation process of the NPP control system software reliability analysis based on FPGA platform,Verification & Validation and software hazard analysis(SHA). |
