| Electric power,as an important energy,affects all aspects of people’s life and economic development.With the continuous development of modern industry and agriculture and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for power quality and service capacity of society is also growing,and the functions and social roles of power supply stations are also changing.Since the 1990 s,the reform of the electric power industry has been continuously deepened,and remarkable results have been achieved in all aspects of the reform from the electric power operation system to the company management system.As the end of the power supply,the township power supply stations have uneven overall management level.They are facing the improvement of personnel capabilities,poor business cooperation,lack of work incentive level,serious structural shortage of staff and high quality.A series of problems such as lack of service awareness.In 2017,State Grid Corporation of China began to comprehensively promote the construction of "all-round" power supply station,which requires "coordinated operation of business,multi-functional personnel and one-time service".Currently,the establishment of "all-round" power supply stations of 108 power supply stations affiliated to D power supply company has been basically completed,and the team configuration in the power supply station has been adjusted at the provincial company level.D power supply company has It has basically completed the standard configuration of the omnipotent power supply station.In the actual work,there is a gap between the management level and business capacity of the power supply station and the requirements of the "all-round" power supply station.With the development of economy and society,the number of marketing business and the complexity of line equipment of the power supply station are increasing rapidly,and the short board of power supply station management is more prominent.At the level of the municipal power supply company,there is no comprehensive evaluation suitable for the management of the "all-round" power supply station System.The establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system in line with the actual situation of the grass-roots power supply station of D power supply company is essential to optimize the comprehensive management and business level of the grass-roots power supply station,strengthen the business support of the functional departments for the power supply station,and improve the business ability and service awareness of the staff of the power supply station.The main research results and contents are as follows:(1)This paper studies the comprehensive impact on the development of power supply under the background of power reform,describes the construction of "omnipotent" power supply station in D Power Supply Company,studies and analyses the management mode of grass-roots power supply institutions at home and abroad,and introduces the basic concepts,implementation steps and research methods of benchmarking management theory and comprehensive evaluation theory.(2)Combined with the adjustment of business process and personnel configuration of "omnipotent" power supply,the content of power supply management is introduced,the current status of power supply management is analyzed,and the key factors affecting power supply management efficiency and business ability are analyzed.(3)According to the actual work and the access to index data,the comprehensive evaluation index is filtered,defined and analyzed,the index weight is determined by the comprehensive analysis of AHP and Entropy Weight,the optimal comprehensive evaluation scheme is calculated by TOPSIS,and the comprehensive evaluation index system is analyzed and verified by selecting four power supply index data analysis.(4)In the three aspects of operation management,comprehensive affairs management and management mode innovation of power supply stations,this paper introduces the control measures and application methods of comprehensive evaluation index,puts forward reasonable suggestions for improving the management ability and professional quality of power supply stations,and provides reference for the comprehensive development of "omnipotent" power supply stations of D Power Supply Company. |
