| With the rapid development of "Internet Plus",the operating methods of enterprises and the way people consume are changing,and the impact of international home appliance brands on the Chinese market after economic globalization has allowed China to focus on manufacturing and processing for a long period of "price war".Many problems have been exposed in the asset management model.In this environment,the urgent task for home appliance manufacturers is to integrate,transform and upgrade internal and external resources,maintain healthy and sustainable development,and obtain a "quality" improvement.The change from "heavy" to "light" is particularly important.After reading a lot of literature and combing the relevant theories,this article selects C home appliance companies that implement the asset-light operation model based on the financial performance theory and smile curve theory of value drivers.From the vertical and horizontal perspectives,the financial performance of C company’s asset-light model is analyzed thoroughly.Through the analysis and research of this paper,it is found that: under the asset-light operation mode,C home appliance companies’ financial performance is getting better and better,and the inventory turnover rate and profitability have been greatly improved.However,there are still difficulties in repaying debts and inefficient use of funds.Finally,in light of the discovered problems,optimization strategies such as optimizing the capital structure,strengthening the operation supervision mechanism,and rationally using idle funds are put forward to provide references for the transformation of other companies in the same industry. |
