The replaceable structure is a new type of earthquake resilient structure system.It can concentrate the seismic energy on the replaceable part of the shear wall,and replace the replaceable components after the earthquake,so that the shear wall structure can resume its normal function.Based on the experimental research,finite element analysis and theoretical analysis method,the seismic performance of corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall with replaceable wall toe members has been tested and studied in this paper.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The replaceable wall toe members design theory of corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall is given.In combination with Code for Design of Composite structures,the proposed formulas for calculating bending and shear resistance of corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear walls with replaceable wall toe members are presented.The formulas for calculating bending and shear resistance of corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall with replaceable toe members are given.This paper presents a kind of tension and compression metal bearing applied to shear wall toe,and manufactures two corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall with replaceable toe members.(2)The seismic performance test of a group of corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear walls with replaceable wall toe members has been completed.The results show that the failure pattern of each specimen is bending shear failure,and thedamage concentration area is within the height range of the replaceable wall toe members.The replacement toe member is prior to the failure of the master wall,after the replacement of the wall toe member,the seismic performance of shear wall specimens is basically intact.The replaceable wall toe members proposed in this paper can meet the requirement of protecting the master wall.(3)For the corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall with replaceable wall toe members,the lateral bearing capacity,ductility factor and energy consumption capacity are increased respectively by 18.32%,28.69% and 3.4 times,when the steel plate is placed vertically.In general,the lateral stiffness and deformation capacity of shear wall specimens are better than those of horizontal placement of built-in corrugated steel plates when the steel plates are placed vertically.(4)The finite element software of ABAQUS is used for modeling and calculation,and the results of the finite element simulation are in good agreement with the test results.At the same time,the variable parameter analysis of shear wall model is completed.The results show that with the increase of BCR,the lateral stiffness and lateral bearing capacity of shear wall with replaceable wall toe members will also increase,and the deformation capacity will be improved less.This paper suggests that the value range of BCR is 0.7~0.8.With the increase of the aspect ratio of the test piece,the lateral rigidity and the anti-lateral bearing capacity of the shear wall with the replaceable wall toe are reduced,and the deformation capacity is improved.
