Under the background of full-covered “Holistic Tourism” and "National Fitness" in China,in order to seek the scientific relationship between recreational resources of urban scenic spots and its attractiveness,as well as enhancing the comprehensive efficiency of its recreational ecosystem,Sheshan area in Shanghai is taken as an example to construct evaluation system based on the guidance of urban residents’ recreational needs.Factor Analysis method is used to construct the framework of evaluation index system for recreational attractiveness of urban scenic spots.Six dimensions of influencing factors are screened out to build the model of recreational attraction mechanism by SEM method.Also,effective suggestions for designs,constructions and resource conservation of urban scenic spots will be put forward according to the results of model measurement,which is aimed at providing scientific guidance and reference for planning and managing the recreation resources in urban areas.The major contents and results are as follows:1)Based on the orientation of urban residents’ recreational needs,through the field investigation of Sheshan area and Meiling scenic spot with questionnaire survey,this study preliminarily screened out 30 influencing factors of recreational attractiveness,and used factor analysis method to classify the original variables.What’s more,six principal components and23 influencing factors of recreational attraction were established.Therefore,a research system of multi-level urban scenic spots based on residents’ subjective importance evaluation was finally established.At the same time,the importance degree of influencing factors of recreational attraction and its related weights were determined by SEM method and modified by AHP method.The results showed that the order of effect factors was:attractiveness of recreational activities(X3,0.2781)>natural landscape characteristics(X4,0.2419)>guarantee degree of external transportation and management services facilities(X2,0.2170)>suitability degree of recreational sites and facilities allocation(X1,0.1074)>suitability degree of recreational environment capacity(X5,0.0862)>artificial landscape characteristics(X6,0.0695).2)With applying the revised model of recreational attraction mechanism,the recreational attractiveness of 62 square spaces in 5 sample plots of Sheshan area was evaluated.The evaluation results showed the comprehensive evaluation scores of recreational attractiveness of Sheshan area was 3.54,and the grade was grade III;the order of recreational attractiveness of five sample plots was Xisheshan(Ⅱ)>Tianma(Ⅲ)>Dongsheshan(Ⅲ)>Xiaokunshan(Ⅲ)>Xiaosheshan(Ⅳ).3)In view of the potential and shortcomings of the recreation development in Sheshan area,the strategies which enhanced the attractiveness of recreation were put forward from three aspects: ecological Sheshan,humanistic Sheshan and vigorous Sheshan.The innovation of this study lies in:The quantitative analysis of the scientific correlation among the influencing factors of recreational attraction is established for the first time.Also,the model of recreational attraction mechanism is successfully constructed by using AHP and SEM methods,which consummates the theoretical system of research on its related evaluation.More importantly,by establishing the model of recreational attraction mechanism,it provides a scientific basis for the planning and management of scenic spots’ recreational resources.In consideration of workload as well as time constraints,the follow-up study will conduct a full-seasonal and full-time survey in Sheshan area.What’s more,this study will also improve the universality of research results through comparative analysis with multi-regional samples.
