| High voltage circuit breaker is an important control and protection equipment of power system.Operating mechanism is one of the core components of the high-voltage circuit breaker,the performance of the actuator has a direct influence on the performance of high voltage circuit breaker.Spring operating mechanism is widely used for its relatively simple structure and fast action,and the typical cam linkage mechanism has obvious drawbacks.A spring operating mechanism is designed that can meet the requirement of circuit breaker characteristics and avoid the drawbacks of the typical cam linkage mechanism.Through the analysis of the working principle of the spring operating mechanism,the variable stiffness spring is introduced to analyze and the linkage mechanism is designed.The specific structure of the spring operating mechanism is designed,including the design,calculation of closing spring,the release mechanism of continuous transmission energy storage,the layout design of the spring operating mechanism.In order to certify the function of the mechanism,kinematics analysis of the operating mechanism is carried out and the transmission ratio is calculated.The operating mechanism is modeled in the three-dimensional software,it is imported into ADAMS for kinematic simulation and the simulation curve is obtained.In this way,the mechanism designed in this paper is preliminary demonstrated,which can satisfy the basic requirement of operating mechanism.The force on hinge is extracted in the simulation to improve the design in the future.Some parameters of the operating mechanism that influence the kinematics characteristics are analyzed,in which the effect of spring is mainly considered.The opening and closing spring parameters are changed in ADAMS to analyze the effect of kinematics characteristics.The contact mechanism model is established,the bouncing of the contactors is theatrically derived and the kinematic simulation is analyzed at the same time.The effect of different structure parameters of contact mechanism is explored in the simulation and the kinematics characteristics of operating mechanism in abnormal state are simulated and analyzed.Dynamic analysis and theoretical derivation of the cam-link mechanism designed in this paper are carried out separately.The theoretical derivation of variable stiffness spring is focused on in the paper,however,the key point of the cam-link mechanism scheme lies in the deduction of force and torque for the link mechanism when the spring force acts on the cam mechanism. |
