With the distributed generators connected to distribution network,the operating state of distribution network will become increasingly complicated.But meanwhile,smart grid coverage gradually increase more new types of measuring equipment used in distribution network.Under the two background,Better using of new measuring equipment not only can improve the observability of the distribution network,can also Make scheduling personnel more accurately judge the security of the smart grid through the analysis and calculation the data measured by the new measuring equipment.Doing this,not only can improve the reliability of distribution network,still can improve reliability and more efficient access to distribution network.However,with the use of new measuring device and the access of distributed generators,the traditional analysis method has been unable to make the measurement equipment maximum effectiveness,which unable to cope with the complex operating state caused by connected of distributed generators.Therefore,this paper doing research starting from distribution state estimation and the steady state security of distribution network,studied the State estimation Measurement point optimized configuration and the distribution network steady state security domain。For the using of new measurement equipment in distribution network,this paper proposes a optimization model of region division an measurement point configuration,which used in Distributed state estimation of distribution network。The model take data redundancy as objective,making the region to the optimal size,taking the measurement point configuration more uniform In addition,aiming at singular of Jacobi matrix in state estimation,the method calculating Inverse matrix based on singular value decomposition is proposed。Region division an measurement point configuration optimization model was used in LaPSEE,35 node test system,which verified the optimization model can improve the calculation accuracy.The method calculating Inverse matrix based on singular value decomposition was used in IEEE33 test system for distributed state estimation,which can improve the calculation speed without reduce the calculation accuracy.For the issue of distribution network static security,this paper puts forward a method to solve the problem of power injection space static voltage security domain boundaries.First of all,to solve the power injection space static voltage security domain boundary points by the least squares-particle swarm method.Secondly,classify boundary point to the different boundary hyperplane the linear manifold clustering method.Based on the above method,this paper calculate power injection space static voltage security domain boundary in modified IEEE33 test system.Compared with the method linearization power flow equations,this method not only improves the hyperplane boundary calculation accuracy,and once again proved the existence of security domain boundary hyperplane...
