High-speed railway bearing is one of the key components of the axle boxes,and its reliability has a crucial impact on the security and stability of high-speed railway.Our self-developed high-speed railway bearings are expected to replace the imported,mounted on a high-speed train.Before put into use,the train bearing must go through the reliability test and it is imperative to design the high-speed train bearing test-rig.This paper focuses on the high-speed train bearing reliability test rig,the main work is as follows.The domestic and international train bearing test rigs are compared especially in relation to high-speed train bearing test rig.Through comparison and analysis their respective advantages,scope and their respective shortcomings are summarized.By studying on the test method standards of the home and abroad train bearing test and the performance of the train bearing rig,the function of the high-speed train bearing test rig,monitoring method,failure identification methods in the testing process are cleared,which sets a foundation for the subsequent design of high-speed trains bearing reliability test rig.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of layout scheme and loading scheme for home and abroad high-speed train bearing test rigs,the loading scheme in which hydraulic acts as driven and the loading force is amplified through the mechanical force amplifier is selected.Through computational analysis,the loading mode that the hydraulic and mechanical is combined is verified not only feasible,but also greatly improves the efficiency of high-speed trains bearing reliability test.The hydraulic circuit design of the axial and radial loading system is completed.The transfer function of position control model within the gap and force feedback control model out the gap of the axial loading system is established separately,and the dynamic characteristics of the axial loading hydraulic system under the closed-loop control of the force feedback is analyzed.The radial loading system’s ADAMS and AMESim co-simulation model is established,the dynamic performance of radial loading system is analyzed through the simulation research.The strength of the spindle is checked through ANSYS/WORKBENCH,and the resonant frequency is determined through its six-modal constraints analysis.
