Research On Construction Quality Management Of Haimen A Community Construction Project

With the development of the times,the degree of commercialization of housing is getting higher and higher.At this stage,China’s real estate market is mixed,and housing quality problems are frequent.The main reason is that the construction quality management level of real estate developers is uneven,and there is not enough attention to the quality of the project,and the quality awareness is relatively weak.Therefore,only by strengthening the construction quality management of projects can the quality and safety of projects be ensured.Therefore,this paper mainly studied the application of construction quality management methods in residential community construction projects,and provided the theoretical basis for real estate project in combination with the actual project.In this paper,the construction project of Haimen A Community was selected as the research object,and the construction quality management of the project was taken as the research direction.Through the analysis of the shortcomings and problems in the construction process of the community project,targeted improvement measures were put forward to finally achieve the project’s goal of "qualified" and strive for "excellent".First,comprehensively analyzed the research background of project construction quality management and summarize the current status of project construction quality management;Combined with basic theory,give an overview of project construction quality management,discussed the characteristics and content of project construction quality management,and the key lied in the quality control of key factors;Then,the outline,organization and management structure and construction progress of the Haimen A community construction project were briefly described,and the problems existing in the project were analyzed from the aspects of "4M1E" and management system.Focus on the problems arising from the three key sub-items in the construction process;Determine the construction goals of the Haimen A community construction project,based on which the project construction quality management optimization process was proposed,and the project construction quality management points based on the "4M1E" analysis method were clarified,providing a theoretical basis for proposing specific measures to solve construction quality problems;According to the construction quality management characteristics of the Haimen A community project,starting from the "4M1E" and management system,a set of measures in line with the construction quality management of the community was established.In view of the problems in the three key sub-items proposed,targeted improvements are made,and finally the actual effects and effects of construction quality management are analyzed,and project construction quality management guarantee measures are proposed.This paper proposed an optimized design for the construction quality management of the construction project in the Haimen A community,and clarified the corresponding implementation measures,which provided a high reference value for the construction quality management level of the construction project in the Haimen A community,as well as the construction of other real estate development projects.Provide reference for quality management.
