Identifying hydrological indicators related to larval abundance,establishing the response relationship between larval abundance and hydrological indicators and carrying out research work on the multi-objective optimal scheduling model and application of the Three Gorges Reservoir during the fish breeding period,which has important theoretical significance and practical application value of improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the Three Gorges Reservoir and ecological protection in the Yangtze River Basin.Firstly,this paper combines the hydrological situation analysis of the lower reaches of the Three Gorges Reservoir with the analysis of runoff conditions required for fish breeding to identify the hydrological indicators related to the larval abundance of the lower reaches of the Three Gorges Reservoir;secondly,the multiple linear regression method,genetic programming method,and BP neural network method were used to establish the response relationship between fry abundance and hydrological indicators in the lower reaches of the Three Gorges Reservoir,and the response relationship established by the BP neural network was optimized by the 5-folds cross test;furthermore,a multi-objective optimization operation model for the Three Gorges Reservoir during the fish breeding period was constructed on the basis of the ecological objective of the relationship between the larval abundance and the hydrological indicators in the downstream of the Three Gorges Reservoir;finally,the second-generation non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm was used to solve the scheduling schemes in typical dry water scenarios and typical flat water scenarios.The power generation and larval abundance of each scheduling scheme were compared and analyzed.The ecological benefits were quantified.The research work provides an important theoretical basis and decision-making basis for the high-quality development of the Three Gorges Reservoir and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
