With the continuous development of the social economy,higher requirements have been placed on the construction of the power grid,and comprehensive evaluation of the smart grid has become an important research direction.Through comprehensive,objective and accurate evaluation of the intelligent level of the power grid,it can not only effectively evaluate the intelligent development level of different regions,but also provide important reference and guidance for its future development.The specific requirements of grid intelligence are to improve the level of information,automation and interactivity of the grid.Compared with traditional power grids,smart grids pay more attention to the two-way flow of information and power.Therefore,this article starts from three aspects:"interactivity level","informatization level" and "automation level" to build a power grid intelligent level effect evaluation index system.Due to the uncertainty of the reliability of the information network of the smart grid and the uncertainty of the automation process,and due to the limitations of the basic equipment,the sample data required for the evaluation is insufficient,so this paper gives the calculation method of the last level index in the evaluation index system of smart grid based on the uncertainty theory.Finally,a seven-segment intelligent distribution network test example is constructed and simulated using PSCAD to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system of automation level considering uncertainty.On this basis,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation model of smart grid based on set pair analysis model.AHP is used to determine the subjective weights,the improved entropy weight method is used to determine the objective weights,and then the combination weighting is used to determine the weights.Finally,based on the set pair analysis model,the intelligent level of each region is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.In this paper,a power grid is selected as the research object to evaluate the level of intelligent construction of the power grids in the three regions.The calculation shows that the multi-dimensional quantitative evaluation method of power grid intelligent level considering uncertainty in this paper can reflect the power grid objectively and truly,and provide a basis for the future construction of smart grids.
