Electric vehicle is a national strategic emerging industry,the development of which is unstoppable.The construction of the integrated charging,discharging and storage station can provide value-added services to the power grid,including peak shaving and valley filling,reactive voltage support and power supply reliability improvement,so as to realize the friendly interaction between the electric vehicle and the smart grid.The electric vehicle charging,discharging and storage integrated power station provides the best solution for renewable energy power generation and large-scale application of electric vehicles.In the flexible interaction process of electric vehicle and charging,discharging,battery energy storage,echelon utilization,peak cutting and valley filling and other functions are realized.Therefore,it is a development trend to plan the electric vehicle charging and discharging integrated station reasonably.This paper studies the location and capacity determination of the electric vehicle charging and discharging integrated station,and obtains the following results:(1)Analyze the different operation modes of electric vehicles,and summarize the charging time and endurance of different electric vehicles.According to the information of electric vehicles published by the Ministry of public security,this paper forecasts the number of electric vehicles in 20202030,and analyzes and calculates the charging demand of corresponding electric vehicle users.(2)Using monte carlo method to predict the space-time distribution of the electric vehicle charging load,and using monte carlo method to predict the space-time distribution of the load in the planned community in a specific example.(3)The objective function is to minimize the cost of charging when users arrive at the charging station and the total construction cost of the integrated charging,discharging and storage station.The objective function is solved by chaos particle swarm optimization based on cloud model.When considering the charging time cost of users,considering the different mileage anxiety of different users,the mathematical model is more accurate and universal.The proposed algorithm can better solve the objective function and the problem of multi constraint integrated station planning considering the nearest travel path. |
