| In recent years,in order to cope with the shortage of fossil energy and air pollution,China has implemented the "energy substitution" strategy in the end energy consumption link to promote the development of clean energy.Among them,the electric heat transfer system with electrode boiler as the subject has been used more and more in the "coal to electricity" reconstruction project.The main feature of the electrode boiler is flexible adjustment and fast response,which can not only meet the heating demand,but also have the ability to participate in rapid power adjustment.For this reason,in the context of marketization,this paper uses the flexible response capability of electrode boilers and the inertia characteristics of heating systems to propose a day-ahead optimal dispatching method for electrode boiler heating systems to meet heating services while participating in grid frequency regulation auxiliary services so as to improve the coupling operation efficiency of the combined electric and thermal energy and the main economy benefit,as well as the frequency regulation margin of the power system.The main work is summarized as follows.First,this paper analyzes the frequency regulation mode of the power system from two different perspectives:the type of frequency regulation resources and the response mode of frequency regulation resources,and compares and analyzes the more comprehensive frequency regulation auxiliary service market compensation mechanism in foreign market development,and gives a calculation method of frequency regulation auxiliary service compensation considering the frequency regulation effect.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions based on the current development status of the frequency regulation auxiliary service market in China.Secondly,an electrode boiler heating system and bilateral demand side response mechanism of grid side and user side are established,a method for predicting the heat demand side response capacity of a heating area is proposed.Based on this,an electrode boiler heating system to participate in the frequency regulation operation mechanism of the power grid was constructed.Then,based on the compensation method of frequency regulation auxiliary service and the operation mechanism of electrode boiler heating system,this paper builds a day-ahead optimal dispatching model for participating in grid frequency regulation services under the premise of maximizing the operator’s revenue as an electrode boiler heating system to meet the thermal comfort requirements on the heat demand side is constructed,and gives the optimization dispatching process.Finally,this paper uses commercial optimization software YALMIP+CPLEX to verify the validity of the model in the MATLAB simulation platform.And through case analysis,it is concluded that the optimal dispatching mode effectively improves the operation efficiency and investment benefits of the coupled electric and thermal energy,and provides a reference for the subsequent coupled development of the combined electric and thermal energy. |
