Research On The Influencing Factors And Promotion Strategies Of S Company Pilot’s Executive Power

Benefit from the rapid development of our country’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,our country’s air transport market is currently able to develop rapidly.On the one hand,world-renowned airlines have opened routes to China one after another,and on the other hand,the number of domestic airlines has also greatly increased.,While facilitating passenger travel,it also brings a fiercely competitive environment in the air transport market.For airlines,the development of an enterprise requires not only the active development of external markets and an active increase in the number of routes and flight schedules,but also the scientific management of the enterprise to improve its operational efficiency and service safety.Therefore,the ability to effectively improve the execution of pilots will have a very important impact on the development and efficiency of airlines.This article will propose a complete set of factors that affect the pilot’s execution ability,and then use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to propose strategies to improve the pilot’s execution abilityFirst of all,this dissertation defines the definition of executive power as an operational ability for employees to implement corporate strategic intent and accomplish predetermined goals.In addition to the influence of their own subjective will and ability,the improvement of pilots’ execution ability is also affected by all parties related to their work.Therefore,from the perspective of the stakeholders that affect the pilots,this article classifies the factors that affect the pilot’s execution into four categories:execution willingness,execution ability,execution environment,and leadership style,and then the system searches for factors that affect the improvement of pilot execution,and establishes A complete index system of factors affecting the execution of S airline pilots.Secondly,using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and scoring by experts,analyze and calculate the weight of each influencing factor in the index system among all the factors that affect the execution ability,and use the weight to determine the influence of the pilot execution ability in the S airline The most important factors,using the results can assist companies in formulating strategies and plans to improve pilot execution.Finally,using the index system of factors influencing the improvement of pilots’executive power proposed in this paper,we provide strategic suggestions for S Airlines to improve pilot’s executive power,and optimize and provide a more efficient executive power improvement plan,so as to assist the company in the current situation of the company according to the actual situation.The plan is adjusted to increase investment in strategies with expected implementation effects.At the same time,S Airlines can optimize and improve the current strategy according to the index system that affects the improvement of pilots’ execution,so as to form a complete and effective strategy for improving the execution of pilots.This dissertation established an indicator system of factors affecting the execution of company S pilots through literature analysis and expert judgment,and uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to give weight to each factor in the system,so that the indicator system can be used to optimize the current strategy of the company To enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of corporate decision-making,related analysis ideas and methods can be directly applied to the specific practices of other airlines.The shortcoming is that the execution analysis system and strategy studied in this article are only applicable to a certain stage of enterprise development,and lack of strategy feedback and dynamic adjustment of factors,which can be further discussed in future research.
