| With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,people’s trans-regional flow more convenient and frequent,roads,railways,waterways and so on all the more difficult to meet people’s increasing needs of travel.Air travel is becoming more and more popular.major airlines and air routes continue to expand,it also puts forward new requirements to the airline cabin service.Flight attendants are the direct providers of airline services and the direct embodiment of airline quality.Excellent flight attendants are the scarce human resources pursued by major airlines,and they are also the extremely precious resources for each airline.The competitiveness of airlines cannot be improved without a high-quality and stable flight attendant team.The stability of the flight attendant team can not only provide airlines with continuous quality services,create a lot of profits for enterprises,but also guarantee the sustainable development of enterprises,so that enterprises can take a place in the fierce market competition.With the rapid development of contemporary civil aviation industry,the supply of high-quality flight attendants is insufficient,which further stimulates various enterprises to seize such human resources.Take Qingdao Airlines as an example,although the routes are becoming more and more intensive,the loss of flight attendants has become increasingly prominent.In order to effectively prevent the further loss of flight attendants,ensure the stability of flight attendants and create more profits for the enterprise,it is of great urgency to study the problem of flight attendants loss.Taking Qingdao Airlines as an example,this paper makes a preliminary judgment on the influencing factors of flight attendant turnover by studying the development status of the company,current situation of flight attendant team,current situation of flight attendant turnover and characteristics of flight attendant turnover,etc.Then,based on the Price-Mueller(2000)model,through the in-depth interview of part of the lost personnel of Qingdao Airlines from 2015 to 2019,and the questionnaire survey of the lost personnel and current employees,the research data were collected and the main factors affecting the loss of flight attendants of Qingdao Airlines were empirical analyzed.And based on the research conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given,including:building a reasonable salary management system;to formulate and improve the flight attendants management system;build a comprehensive and scientific learning and training system and strengthen the career planning training for flight attendants.The research conclusion provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for solving the problem of flight attendants turnover in Qingdao Airlines,and also provides reference for the related problems of similar enterprises. |
