| In the integrated energy system with multi-agent participation,the cooperation mode and operation mode of integrated energy service agents are closely related.Compared with traditional integrated energy system optimization,the relationship between market transaction and energy operation expands the system operation factors.Focusing on the subject of multi-agent coordinated operation and transaction of integrated energy system,In this paper,the coordinated operation and transaction of the integrated energy system are studied.The main research contents include multi-agent transaction,operation optimization method,cooperation benefit distribution,operation transaction strategy.The multi-agent transaction mode of integrated energy system is proposed.This paper studies and analyzes the adaptability of different transaction settlement methods to different types of comprehensive energy service subjects,,such as bilateral transaction,day ahead transaction and real-time transaction,and puts forward the transaction service combination under different market transaction modes,which lays the foundation for the research of coordinated operation optimization method,multi-agent cooperation game and operation transaction strategy.A multi-agent operation optimization model of integrated energy system is established.First,the optimization objective function of optimal economy and social environmental benefit is established.Based on the safety and reliability of equipment operation,the physical characteristics model and constraints of distributed energy equipment and energy transmission network are established.Secondly,considering the diversity of trading modes,a short-term prediction method of energy demand based on time series continuous piecewise regression analysis is adopted,which considering the impact of real-time trading mode and temperature factors to the prediction of cold,heat,electricity and other energy demand.At the same time,considering the robustness and convergence speed of the optimization calculation,the multi-agent operation optimization model of the integrated energy system is established and simulated.The simulation results show that the integrated energy system operation optimization model can effectively improve the social and environmental benefits and the economic cost of operation.A multi-agent cooperation method of integrated energy system based on coordinated operation is proposed.First,based on the cooperative game core theory and the method of integrated energy system multi-agent operation optimization,the optimization method of cooperative alliance of integrated energy system is proposed.Secondly,considering the multiple objectives of economic optimization and social environmental benefit optimization of integrated energy system operation,this paper studies the traditional Shapley utility distribution theory,proposes a multi-agent cooperative benefit distribution method based on the contribution of comprehensive benefit,and determines the transferable benefits according to the comprehensive contribution of the participants to the coordinated operation of the system Value allocation is to meet the fair,reasonable and transparent distribution of the benefits of multi-agent cooperation and transaction,and to realize the incentive role of energy conservation,emission reduction and economic operation of the integrated energy system.The case simulation results show that theMulti-agent Cooperative Trading method can effectively select a reasonable Multi-agent Cooperative Alliance of the integrated energy system,which can not only achieve the coordinated operation optimization of the system,but also meet the individual interests of the distributed energy operators participating in the operation.The distribution results of the transferable interests of the cooperation are within the acceptable scope of each entity,while ensuring that It proves that the comprehensive contribution made by different participants in the process of optimization can be reflected in the benefits of cooperation transfer.A business strategy of integrated energy system based on multi-agent operation and transaction is proposed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the operation characteristics of the integrated energy system with multi-agent,puts forward the integrated energy system multi-agent operation and transaction mode based on the framework of market coordinated operation cooperative transaction,and combined with the operation process of comprehensive energy market and integrated energy system,the overall strategy of multi-agent operation and transaction of integrated energy system is proposed.Secondly,based on the overall strategy of multi-agent operation and transaction of the integrated energy system,this paper summarizes the existing integrated energy service business model,studies and analyzes the business form and development trend of the integrated energy service subject,analyzes the market strategies of different types of integrated energy service subject,and puts forward relevant strategic suggestions.The study can provide theoretical support for the integrated energy system business operation mode,and has reference value for the development of the business mode and decision-making method of integrated
