As an efficient,portable and clean advanced power plant,heavy gas turbine is playing an increasingly important role in the field of thermal power generation.Therefore,the research on the health status evaluation of heavy gas turbine is carried out to monitor its health status in real time from multiple perspectives,which provides a reference for the operation optimization and maintenance decision-making of the unit.It is of great significance to improve the economy,safety and reliability of the unit.This paper focuses on the research of health assessment technology of heavy-duty gas turbine,including the following aspects:(1)Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of gas turbine energy efficiency state,the energy efficiency characteristic parameter system is constructed.The method of data mining is used to mine the benchmark value and threshold value of each parameter from a large number of historical data,and using support vector machine regression technology to get the weight value of characteristic parameters.Combining the deviation between the real-time value of the characteristic parameter and the reference value with the weight value to realize the energy efficiency state evaluation.(2)The common failure modes of gas turbine are summarized.Combining the possible effect of fault with the real-time fault diagnosis result,and adopting the concept of risk priority number,the risk assessment of gas turbine fault is carried out from two dimensions:the severity of fault impact and the frequency of fault occurrence.(3)Based on the definition of the remaining life and the analysis of the influencing factors of the life loss of gas turbine,the remaining life prediction model is constructed with the concept of equivalent operating hours to realize the assessment of the remaining life of gas turbine.(4)The evaluation model based on Improved TOPSIS is used to combine the results of gas turbine energy efficiency evaluation,failure risk evaluation and residual life evaluation organically,so as to realize the final health evaluation of gas turbine.In this paper,the gas turbine of a gas steam combined cycle unit is taken as the research object,and the historical operation data of the unit is used to analyze the relevant examples.The results show that the research method in this paper can comprehensively evaluate the health status of the unit.
