| With the increasing shortage of fossil energy and environmental pollution,countries have actively explored in the energy field to improve the energy structure and environmental benefits.Electric vehicles are driven by clean electric energy,which can alleviate severe ecological and environmental problems,and has become an important part of energy strategyies in various countries.The number of electric vehicles in China has steadily increased,but the growth rate of charging facilities has not matched the growth rate of electric vehicles.So far,the vehicle-to-pile ratio is still 3.3:1,especially for pure electric vehicles where electricity is just needed.The convenience and accessibility of the facilities are particularly important.If electric vehicles cannot be replenished in time,it may cause traffic failures and even safety issues.In addition,due to the limitation of the venue and other issues,many charging facilities have been built in relatively remote places,which caused inconvenience to vehicle owners due to the travel problems,and the situation of charging jams in bustling places also caused inconvenience to vehicle owners.The problems have brought challenges to the promotion of electric vehicles.Therefore,the proper number of charging facilities and the reasonable location planning of charging facilities are the guarantee for the steady development of electric vehicles.Aiming at the location planning of charging facilities in different application scenarios,this paper believes that the location and quantity of charging facilities should be planned in accordance with the characteristics of the scenario,so as to rationally utilize social resources and achieve the purpose of making the best use of resources.This article has read a lot of domestic and foreign literature,combed the contents of the literature in accordance with the research scope of charging facilities,factors considered in the planning of charging facility location,and the location method,and elaborated the policy and market background of electric vehicles and charging facilities.The introduction defines the three scenarios involved in this article,namely the highway scene,the commercial district scene,and the residential district scene,and introduces the model solving algorithm.Secondly,this paper classifies and categorizes the relevant factors for the location planning of charging facilities,and proposes eight aspects of economy,society,planning,environment,transportation,power grid,service,and technology to form the basis for the establishment of models and constraints in different scenarios.And basis.In the discussion of the location planning of charging facilities in the highway scene,this paper fully considers the road saturation of the expressway,the entrance and exit of the expressway and the traffic volume,and the remoteness of the expressway compared to the urban area.The minimum comprehensive cost is proposed.Objective function for minimizing and charging behavior time.In the discussion of charging facilities in the scene of the commercial district,the prosperity of the commercial district is mainly taken into consideration to determine its attraction,and then the berth turnover rate of the charging facility is proposed.Based on this,the minimum comprehensive cost and the average charging load are proposed.Multi-objective model with the smallest distance.In the discussion on the location planning of charging facilities in the residential area scenario,the car ownership,average income level of residents in the residential area and the attitude of residents to the construction of charging facilities were mainly considered.Based on this,the location of charging facilities in the residential area was proposed.The objective function of the plan is to minimize the overall cost and maximize social benefits.At the end of each scenario,the genetic algorithm was used to solve the related examples to prove the applicability of the model.This article has segmented and described the characteristics of different application scenarios and laid the foundation for the establishment of the model.The influencing factor system and location planning model proposed in this article can provide accurate and reasonable results for the location planning of charging facilities in different scenarios.It provides a reference for cities to plan electric vehicle charging facilities. |
