| Due to the increasing demand for road construction and post-maintenance,and the existing road shot blasting machine has the problems of single structure and low construction efficiency,the cleaning effect is difficult to meet the requirements.The imported shot blasting equipment is large in size and expensive in cost,and cannot bear the heavy responsibility of shot blasting operations.Therefore,for the research and analysis of the existing shot blasting equipment,this thesis analyzes the traveling drive hydraulic system,shot blasting drive system and auxiliary system of the vehicle-mounted road shot blasting machine,and analyzes the constant speed control of the blasting machine pump-controlled motor system.To provide a theoretical basis for the production and optimization of vehicle-mounted road shot blasting machine.According to the road condition of the vehicle-mounted road shot blasting machine,it is determined that the diesel engine is used as the power source,and the driving method adopts the variable pump-variable motor closed hydraulic system to realize the switching of different speeds of the transition and construction,and has a wide speed range;For the constant speed characteristics of the shot blasting system during construction,the variable pump-quantitative motor closed hydraulic system is adopted in the shot blasting drive hydraulic system,and the hydraulic principle of the whole machine system is designed.By calculating the maximum traction force and the working parameters of the shot blaster of the vehicle-mounted road blasting machine,the components of the walking driving hydraulic system,the shot blasting driving system and the auxiliary system are matched and selected,and the diesel engine model is determined.The theoretical analysis of the shot blaster pump-controlled motor system is carried out.The mathematical model of the pump-controlled motor system is studied.The dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed from the mathematical level.The open-loop transfer function and closed-loop transfer function of the system are calculated,and the adaptive fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed.Using AMESim software and MATLAB/Simulink software to carry out joint simulation,the factors affecting the dynamic performance of the system are simulated and analyzed.The performance curves of motor speed,motor pressure and pump displacement ratio in the system are obtained.It is verified that the pump-controlled motor system has good dynamic performance and good robustness,and meets the requirement of constant speed of shot blaster in theory. |
