In recent years, aeronautical telecommunication has received more and more attention in the field of wireless mobile communication, and the channel modeling plays a very important role in it.The scene of aeronautical telecommunication is complex and changeable,so it is urgent to carry out accurate and reasonable model of different scenes. This paper divides the aeronautical channel into three types:air-to-satellite scene,air-to-air scene and air-to-ground scene according to the different communication environment of aircraft, then established channel models suitable for the corresponding scenes by using Geometry-Based Stochastic Channel Modeling Method. The work completed is as follows:1.A three-dimensional channel model based on GNSS-reflected signals is established for the air-to-satellite scene.According to the distribution characteristics of delay and doppler frequency shift,an adaptive scattering point selection method is proposed to improve the accuracy of the scatter generation. In addition, the scattering coefficients of different landforms are studied,so the applicable landforms of this model are extended. Finally, the model is built and more detailed simulation analysis is carried out.2.A non-stationary channel model considering ground scattering is proposed for the air-to-air scene. The analytic expression of channel impulse response and autocorrelation function of the proposed model are derived. The non-stationary characteristics of autocorrelation function and doppler power spectral density are simulated. The path loss, delay and doppler shift based on three different scatter distributions are simulated, fitted and compared.3.A composite three-dimensional channel model is proposed for air-to-ground scene. The model introduces a mobility model following gauss-markov process into air-to-ground scene to describe the movement and position changes of the aircraft and ground station. In addition, the model proposes to divide the scattering components into two types, and improves several kinds of geometric structures suitable for air-to-ground scene. Finally, the statistical characteristics of the proposed channel model are studied.
