Under the rapid development of science and technology and economy in our country,industrial manufacturing intelligence has become an important link between scientific and technological innovation and social value.UBC(Under Body Check)big data can not only improve the automation performance and flexibility of the detection system,but also increase the accuracy of the detection data.As an important link in the whole automobile protection process,PVC coating film with a thickness of 2~4mm is sprayed on the surface of the wheel cover and chassis of the automobile.The service performance determines the corrosion resistance and safety performance of the automobile and the installability of the assembly parts.At present,in the field of automobile industry manufacturing,the performance detection of automobile PVC coating film is mainly completed by manual methods,which have the disadvantages of low data analysis efficiency,poor detection accuracy,high labor cost,high labor intensity of operators,etc.This cannot guarantee the high efficiency and stability of automobile manufacturing,and seriously affects the material utilization rate and automobile production efficiency.Therefore,in order to realize the high integration of information intelligence and industrial manufacturing,it is necessary to develop a detection system based on UBC big data to detect the service performance of PVC coating film for automobiles,so as to meet the production requirements of high accuracy and high efficiency and transform and upgrade industrial automatic production into industrial intelligent production.Combined with UBC big data,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of PVC coating film detection technology and UBC big data at home and abroad,and puts forward the overall design scheme of PVC coating film detection system based on UBC big data.Adjust the dilution viscosity value of PVC coating according to the test results.After reaching the standard of PVC coating material utilization rate,set reasonable spraying temperature parameters to improve the service performance of PVC coating film,ensure high tightness of weld joints of automobile plates,and further improve the corrosion resistance of wheel cover and chassis surface.Firstly,according to the testing requirements of PVC coating film performance,CCD industrial cameras with 5 million and 8 million pixels are selected as image acquisition cameras,and industrial camera lenses with focal length of 16 mm are used for simulation debugging.Through the contrast method of light and dark field illumination,it is determined that the detection system adopts light field illumination.By setting different brightness of the required light source for comparative tests,and taking the detection image with the highest definition as the standard,110 gray level is selected as the best image acquisition brightness of the detection system.Under the condition of finishing PVC coating film spraying,the defects that are easy to occur at the chassis and wheel cover of the automobile are analyzed respectively.For the missing defects of plug installation in the chassis of the automobile,the collected images are processed by gray scale transformation and binary filtering methods,and then the detection area is locked by threshold calculation segmentation method.When the threshold value is 100,the detection image is the clearest.Finally,Blob analysis is used to identify the non-defect interference area.For the defects of PVC coating film that are not sprayed on the wheel cover of the automobile,the collected images are further sharpened,and then the detection area is obtained through Roberts edge detection,and the defects that are not sprayed are determined according to the numerical ratio of x and y directions and area characteristics.Secondly,MySQL database is established based on UBC(Under Body Check)big data to provide sorting space for PVC coating film detection data,and JDBC is used to connect with MySQL database.According to the actual testing requirements,JAVA language is written to describe and realize the function of querying and displaying the testing results of PVC glue coating film.Finally,the test of the PVC coating film detection system is carried out to make the system work in a safe and stable environment,which proves the reliability of the detection system,stores and displays the detection data in real time,and completes the PVC coating film detection work efficiently. |
