Gas leakage detection is a necessary test tool to detect the air tightness of sealed devices.It is widely used in the filed of automobile,aerospace,medical equipment,civil equipment and so on.With the improvement of air tightness requirements of products in various industries,higher requirements of performances are put forward for air tightness testing equipment.The pressure-drop detection method has been widely used because of its pollution-free and high detection precision among the many methods of air tightness detection.Differential pressure detection method has become the main application technology in the field of precision leakage detection because of its high precision and symmetrical detection structure.Nowadays,the production pace of various industries is speeding up,and the requirement of air tightness detection accuracy is also improving.To further improve detection precision of the differential pressure leak detector,shorten the detection period and improve the usability of detection equipment has become the main research direction in this field.In order to further improve the detection accuracy and shorten the detection period of the air tightness leak detector based on the differential pressure detection method,the study of this paper based on the differential pressure detection method is as follows:The in-depth theoretical research on the influencing factors of the measurement accuracy loss caused by the differential pressure detection method was carried out,and the effects of temperature,detection pressure and equilibrium time on the detection accuracy were analyzed.Based on the ideal gas state equation,the leakage of the differential pressure leak detection method is calculated.The main influencing factors of the leak detector detection accuracy are improved from the hardware design and software algorithm.The hardware control circuit of the differential pressure leak detector is designed and the application software of the host computer and the lower computer is written.For the nonlinear output problem of the differential pressure transmitter,the hybrid compensation method combining temperature compensation and reference voltage compensation is used to analyze the temperature compensation process in detail.The collected detection data is used to train the prediction model,and the simulation method is used instead of the long-term detection process,thereby achieving the purpose of shortening the detection time.The PFN-WASD prediction model is used to correct the prediction error of ARIMA to further improve the detection accuracy.Finally,a comprehensive performance test was carried out on the differential pressure leak detector,including reference voltage compensation test,temperature compensation test,system repeatability test,and predictive model performance test.The maximum allowable error and repeatability indicators are in line with the national standard technical regulations for differential pressure airtight leak detectors.The prediction error of the combined prediction model is small.The application of the prediction model can shorten the detection period and verify the effectiveness of the ARIMA prediction model in the differential pressure leak detector.At the same time,the device provides convenient network connectivity,a friendly human-computer interaction interface and convenient data export function,which improves the usability of the device.
