| Permanent magnet synchronous motor which has excellent properties make them compared to the conventional motor has higher efficiency,with the rapid development of permanent magnetic material technology in recent years,the price of the permanent magnetic material greatly reduced,at the same time to switch to permanent magnet rotor material can greatly prolong the service life of the motor,all reasons for permanent magnet synchronous motor is more and more widely used,at the same time,the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor how research has become a more efficient control of permanent magnet synchronous motor running.Current control strategy of permanent magnet motor is a lot of sampling position sensor,a position sensor control system need to add the hall element and the encoder position sensor,a significant increase in the cost of operation,and in the complex environment,position sensor is easy to damage leading to failure,motor control strategy without position sensor control due to its need to add additional cost,simplify the machine overall structure,also become a main focus in the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor in recent years.This article use Spherical Square root Unscented Kalman Filter,(SSUKF)algorithm for three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor without position sensor position estimate,SSUKF position observer,first of all,it give attention to both the state noise and observation noise,noise is exist in the actual control system,especially under the condition of low speed,low signal-to-noise ratio in acquisition of signal interference noise wave increases Such interference and noise will affect other position estimation algorithms and make it possible to analyze the rotor position and generate a large error.In the light of this,motor jitter and serious heating will be caused,which will lead to complete failure of estimation.However,SSUKF can filter noise waves and extract useful signals to estimate the accurate rotor position.Make permanent magnet synchronous motor at low speed and complex environment next however can keep good running characteristics,secondly SSUKF compared with other algorithm,its itself is a kind of optimal control system,can make the control indicators to achieve the optimal value,moreover compared SSUKF UKF control strategy,using super sphere of sampling have sharply reduced the number of sampling points,the star of the reduced the amount of calculation,square root recursion algorithm to improve computational efficiency and stability of data,and the nonlocal effect of sampling points may appear on the design ratio correction function.Link of input stage,considering the disadvantages of step signal and ramp signal to put forward a kind of new levels before input strategy-doubly-fed type front signal processing,improve the starting characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor,at the same time speed link control is used to better performance of fractional order PI controller to realize the robust characteristics of motor running system,finally validated by MATLAB simulation.Figure[58] table[7] reference[65]... |
