To improve the reliability of distribution network in Guangrao area,this thesis designs the transformation system of the distribution network automation system in the region on the basis of analyzing the original distribution network,and put forward a fault recovery scheme for distribution network after the transformation.While ensuring the safety and reliability of distribution system,the economic operation benefit of Guangrao distribution network is improved.Firstly,the structure and function of distribution network automation system and the principle of distribution network fault recovery were clarified.Secondly,the thesis discussed the primary equipment grid structure before network transformation,the construction of communication network and the application status of distribution network system before the transformation of Guangrao area,and analyzed the causes of the high failure shutdown rate in this area.It provided the basis for the construction and transformation of distribution network automation in Guangrao area.On this basis,the transformation scheme for distribution automation in Guangrao area was designed,and the main station system,power distribution equipment and terminal,communication network were constructed and renovated in turn,and the automation and the intelligent level of the distribution network are improved.At the same time,on the basis of studying the characteristics of all kinds of grounding faults and the principle of fault location,a new type of grounding fault indicator was installed for the system.The access and optimal configuration methods are analyzed,and improve the efficiency of distribution network fault detection.Finally,in order to improve the reliability of the modified distribution network system,based on the analysis of the forward and backward power flow calculation method based on the hierarchical partition principle,a two-stage improved quantum behavior particle swarm optimization network reconstruction scheme was proposed.The effectiveness and correctness of the improved method were verified by MATLAB simulation experiment.At the same time,the method was applied to the actual fault recovery problem of Guangrao distribution network after transformation,and the application effect is ideal.After the transformation of distribution automation system in Guangrao area,the operation condition is good,the expected effect has been achieved,and the reliability of power supply and the level of operation and management of distribution network in this area have been improved.It not only brings great benefits to the development of economy and society in Guangrao area,but also lays an important foundation for constructing a more perfect integrated intelligent distribution network.
