In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s national economy,urban population has continued to grow,accompanied by the increasing traffic pressure.While urban rail transit provides convenience to people,the problem of energy consumption cannot be ignored.The existing energy consumption measurement methods have low measurement accuracy and certain limitations.Therefore,this essay will carry out research on the energy consumption measurement device of railway traction to achieve accurate measurement of energy consumption of rail transit and on-site traction energy consumption measurement device calibration.This paper mainly carries out the following research work:1)Analysis of characteristics and signal features of traction power supply system in rail transit.The main characteristics of traction power supply system for rail transit are introduced in detail.The Blackman-Harris window function is used to process the power supply signal.The spectrum characteristics of traction power supply signal are obtained based on Fourier analysis method.The results show that the energy consumption of harmonic components in the traction system of rail transit is mainly concentrated within 600 Hz.It lays a foundation for the design of the traction energy consumption calibration instrument and on-site energy consumption measurement device(chapter 4).2)Development of portable calibration instrument for traction energy consumption in rail transit.According to the characteristics of power supply signal in traction system of rail transit,a portable energy consumption calibration instrument based on virtual instrument technology is designed.The calibrator can collect voltage and current signals synchronously to calculate energy consumption.The calibration system of energy consumption calibration instrument is built.The results show that:The voltage channel measurement accuracy of the calibrator is better than 0.01%,and the current channel measurement accuracy is better than 0.05%.The measurement accuracy of forward and reverse energy consumption is better than 0.05%,energy consumption measurement uncertainty U=0.02%,k=2.The traction energy consumption measuring device used in the field was calibrated by the calibration instrument,the results show that: The measuring error of on-site traction energy consumption measuring device is up to 1.3%,which does not meet the accuracy requirement of 0.5%.3)Development of traction energy consumption measurement device for track traction traffic based on CS5436.According to the actual application demands,the power metering chip CS5463 is driven by ARM chip as the core,and the traction energy consumption measuring device is developed.The acquisition of traction energy consumption,Wi Fi transmission,LCD display and other hardware and software design of the modules are completed.The measurement and data wireless transmission of traction energy consumption in rail transit are realized.4)Calibration of traction energy consumption measuring device based on CS5436.The traction energy consumption measuring device was calibrated in laboratory and on site with the traction energy consumption calibration instrument.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of forward and reverse electric energy of the designed traction energy consumption measuring device is better than 0.5%,which meets the application demand of traction energy consumption measurement of rail transit.
