| As the power industry of our country develops at full speed,the vibration and noise of dry-type air-core reactors has always been a key issue that the reactor industry pays attention to.Nowadays,the capacity of HVDC transmission is continuously increasing,and the voltage level is also increasing day by day.This situation has caused the consequences of increasing noise pollution.How to take effective measures to reduce noise reactor,so that resources and environmental development of the electric power sector has become a manufacturer and reactors need to be resolved.In addition,some harmonics in the power grid will circulate freely in the reactor windings.At this time,the electromagnetic force on the windings increases,which intensifies the electromagnetic vibration of the windings.The harm is manifested in the following aspects:the vibration of the winding is aggravated,which makes the audible noise of the reactor seriously exceed the standard.Periodic repetition of mechanical stress will damage the insulation structure of the reactor and shorten the service life of the reactor.From the aspects of the dry-type air-core reactor winding vibration generation mechanism and propagation process,leakage magnetic field and electromagnetic force distribution,etc..The theoretical exploration and application research are carried out,which provides theoretical and technical support for the suppression of winding electromagnetic vibration and the improvement of space magnetic field environment.The main contents could be summarized as follows:In this paper,the dry-type air-core reactor is taken as the research object,and the coil structure model of the multi-layer coaxial hollow cylinder of the air-core reactor is established,and its electromagnetic field is studied.By understanding the electromagnetic vibration and noise,the vibration deformation of the reactor winding is calculated.The influence of the surrounding magnetic field on the winding of reactor is analyzed,and the vibration distortion is induced by the electromagnetic force.The idea of suppressing reactor vibration from improving magnetic field leakage is explored,and the scheme of weakening the spatial magnetic field is explored.Based on the principle of the air-core reactor developed by the prototype test data and simulation results,the equivalence of the model and the feasibility of the magnetic shielding scheme are verified.The effectiveness of setting magnetic shield through simulation analysis to improve the electromagnetic force and vibration of the winding of the dry-type air-core reactor is discussed.It has a positive effect on the vibration and audible noise control of electrical equipment in transmission and substation projects,and has a certain engineering reference value for the reliability and environmentql friendliness of dry-type air-core reactor.In this paper,based on the mechanism of the reactor body vibration and noise generated during the study to produce air-core reactor winding vibration and noise,and combined with its propagation in air.Through the use of COMSOL Multiphysics multiphysics simulation software,the three physical fields of electromagnetic field,structural force field and pressure sound field are coupled in sequence with this software And a simulation model of the air-core reactor winding is established to analyze the magnetic field distribution and electromagnetic vibration noise of dry-type air-core reactor.The relative displacement of the body is obtained,and the pressure distribution of sound waves in the surrounding air is obtained.Based on the principle of magnetic field shielding,shielding schemes for changing parameters such as material structure size are proposed,and their effects on space magnetic field shielding are compared.The principle prototype of the air-core reactor is manufactured,and the simulation model is established to measure the space magnetic field.The selected shielding scheme is set up to verify the consistency of the test and simulation results and the effectiveness of magnetic shielding effectiveness.The test of inductance value is completed to ensure that when the typical parameters are selected,the operation parameters of the air-core reactor can be guaranteed to be within the permitted scope of the national standard.The suppression effect of magnetic shielding on the electromagnetic vibration of dry-type air-core reactor windings is studied by simulation,which provides the theoretical basis and experimental basis for the spatial magnetic field protection,vibration reduction and noise reduction of dry-type air-core reactor. |
