| National fitness has become a national strategy.The citizens’ demand for fitness is increasing day by day,and sports venues have gradually become the main front of mass fitness.The government and society have increasingly higher requirements for improving the construction efficiency of stadium maintenance and renovation projects and shortening the construction period.They also put forward higher requirements for the progress management of construction enterprises.This thesis takes the second-phase project of sports stadium reconstruction in W City as an example,through literature analysis,case analysis,survey interviews and other methods,focusing on the traditional critical path method for schedule management in dealing with the problems of human behavior factors,resource constraints,and safe time management.Proposed a schedule management optimization plan based on the critical chain method,optimized the schedule plan,proposed schedule control methods and safeguard measures,and analyzed the implementation effect to evaluate the critical chain method in the stadium reconstruction project application practice,verifying its effectiveness.In the compilation of the second-phase project of sports stadium reconstruction in W City,based on the preparation of the preliminary schedule using the critical path method,an optimized plan for resource conflict and buffer settings was proposed.Perform a comprehensive analysis based on the task content of each process of the project and the key resources occupied,compare the critical path and the non-critical path that is constructed in parallel with it,optimize and adjust the front relationship of the process under resource constraints,and redraw the Gantt chart and time-scale double code Network diagram to identify the initial critical chain.By analyzing the difficulty of construction techniques and influencing factors in each process,find out the proportion of safe time in different processes and eliminate safe time.Use the root variance method to calculate the size of the import buffer and the project buffer,select the location setting,and set the resource bufer for early warning,and the non-critical chain process is optimized and adjusted according to the principle of starting as late as possible.In the process of schedule control,a schedule control method optimized based on the three-color management method is proposed,and countermeasures are taken to ensure the construction period through the corresponding early warning area of schedule monitoring.Guarantee measures such as organizational guarantee,management mechanism guarantee,communication and coordination guarantee,and technical support guarantee have been adopted.Comprehensive analysis of the project implementation,the progress management optimization plan for the second-phase project of sports stadium reconstruction in W City has achieved the expected results,shortened the construction period and ensured the implementation of the plan,and effectively solved many problems in the project schedule management.Through case study and implementation effect evaluation,the effectiveness of the progress management of stadium renovation projects based on the critical chain method is verified,and the progress management research cases are enriched,which has certain reference significance for similar stadium renovation projects in the future. |
