| Single-phase asynchronous motor is composed of primary and secondary windings with a space difference of 90 degrees.As a kind of motor that only needs single-phase power supply,it is widely used in low-power driving such as agricultural production and household appliances.Currently,there are still some problems for single-phase motor powered inverters:single-phase motor requires the help of a phase-shifting capacitor to make the two-phase winding generate a rotating magnetic field,single-phase motor can be started,single-phase motor starting capacitor and existence of the question of short life,at the same time existing single-phase motor power inverter single-phase motor running still exist the problem of the highest frequency of short of fundamental frequency,and Z source inverter is a good solution.The Z-source inverter introduces the shoot-through vector of the upper and lower switch tube of the same bridge arm of the inverter bridge to improve the DC side voltage,so that the single-phase motor can reach the fundamental frequency.By controlling the switch tube of the inverter bridge,the SVPWM scheme can make the single-phase motor generate a rotating magnetic field to start without the need of phase-shifting capacitance.Z-source inverter can solve the problem of single-phase motor power inverter well,which is the significance of this topicIn this paper,the frequency conversion speed regulation scheme of single-phase motor based on Z-source inverter is deeply studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The topology and modulation scheme of single-phase motor powered inverter are analyzed,and the working principle of single-phase motor and Z-source inverter is studied.Finally,the mathematical model of single-phase motor is established(2)This paper studies the realization of SVPWM modulation scheme of two-phase three-bridge arm inverter,and compares three kinds of shoot-through vector insertion methods,and selects the appropriate shoot-through vector insertion method to realize the new SVPWM modulation scheme based on Z-source inverter(3)Matlab simulation software was used to simulate the modulation scheme.In order to make the output voltage of the inverter more stable,the capacitor voltage was controlled in a single closed loop,and a prototype was used to experiment the no-capacitor scheme. |
