| At present,prefabricated buildings are mainly used in the main structure,but less in the non-main structure such as pipes,toilets and kitchens.The toilet has an indispensable function of a building,and the construction process is complicated and the installation labor is large.The existing cast-in-situ technology is far from meeting the requirements of China’s construction industrialization,for the rapid construction of non-main structures such as toilets,this paper studies on the prefabricated coaxial socket integration toilet meeting national precast requirements.By making the construction and decoration of toilet proceed with that of main structures,prefabricated coaxial socket integration toilet not only increases the efficiency of the construction of toilets,and improves the management of construction and the construction environment.The precast assembly of toilet is the indispensable link that develops countrywide building industrialization,in order to fully understand the mechanical performance of the prefabricated coaxial socket integration toilet,this paper makes a supporting system for the prefabricated coaxial socket integration toilet,and carries out vertical loading test and finite element analysis for the supporting system.The main tasks are as follows:(1)On site,a full-length support system of prefabricated coaxial socket integration toilet was poured and maintained in the laboratory.A complete test program was developed to simulate the mechanical performance of the toilet support system,and a loading system is designed which can realize the uniform loading of the four sides of the toilet.The vertical loading test under the early age design load condition and that under the ultimate load condition were carried out respectively for the support system of prefabricated coaxial socket integration toilet by force control loading method.(2)In order to clarify the vertical bearing capacity of he support system of prefabricated coaxial socket integration toilet under the early age design load and that under the ultimate load condition,the toilet test model was loaded on the 4th and 28th day respectively.The strain of steel and concrete,the displacement of support,the displacement of shear wall and beam lug,the mid-span deflection of the beam and the crack development of the toilet supporting system during the early age and the loading test under the ultimate load condition were recorded and analyzed.At the same time,the properties of concrete during the early age loading test were tested.(3)In order to verify the rationality of the test results,ABAQUS was used to establish the numerical analysis model of the toilet support system.The load-displacement curves,crack development and ultimate failure modes of the toilet support system and the finite element analysis are compared,and the parameters of the toilet support system are analyzed to clarify the influence of the change of beam height on the vertical bearing capacity of the toilet support system... |
