| Recycled concrete is a newly developed green material for construction and environmental protection. To be widely used in actual engineering structures,a lot of related research must be required to ensure that the mechanical properties and indicators of recycled concrete materials meet the actual requirements of engineering use.At present, researchers at home and abroad have done more research on recycled concrete conventional cross-section members, but there is little research on recycled concrete in special-shaped column members. The cross-section types of special-shaped column members are divided into various types, and common types are cross-shaped,T-shaped,and L-shaped.The special-shaped column structure has been widely used in recent years because of its beautiful appearance and no exposed corners in high-rise structures. This paper will analyze the mechanical properties of the axial compression and eccentric compression properties of reinforced recycled concrete T-shaped columns. The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)In the research on the compressive performance of the composite members of reinforced steel and recycled concrete, most of the researches use the uniaxial compressive constitutive relationship of recycled concrete, and few studies on the restraining effect of stirrups on recycled concrete. In this paper, for the axial compression and eccentric compression performance analysis of reinforced recycled concrete T-shaped columns, the uniaxial compression constitutive relationship of recycled concrete is selected, considering the restraining effect of T-shaped stirrups, combined with the ordinary concrete constrained constitutive relationship.Combining both the uniaxial compressive constitutive of recycled concrete and the restraint index of ordinary concrete, the influence of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate of recycled concrete and the restraining effect of T-shaped stirrups are considered.(2)Based on the process of axial compression of recycled reinforced concrete T-shaped column,a three-dimensional finite element numerical model of recycled reinforced concrete T-shaped column is established. The experimental data and the simulation results are compared and analyzed, and the two are basically consistent, which verifies the correctness of the finite element model.Based on the axial compression model of reinforced recycled concrete T-shaped columns, the mechanical properties of the specimens were analyzed with the change of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate, recycled concrete strength grade, stirrup ratio, longitudinal reinforcement ratio, slenderness ratio and other parameters.(3)Based on the above model, the determination of the limit eccentricity of the eccentric compression section of the reinforced recycled concrete T-shaped column is obtained by finite element simulation analysis, and the limit eccentricity curve is drawn, the principle of the grid method is used, and the MATLAB program is calculated to analyze When the eccentric load is compressed, the parameters of the test piece are changed to study the variation of the cross-section bearing capacity. The study found that the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is inversely proportional to the bearing capacity of the component, and the strength of the recycled concrete is directly proportional to the bearing capacity of the specimen. The bearing capacity has been significantly improved. |
