In China,the amount of urban rail transit construction has maintained a rapid growth trend in recent years.Due to its low efficiency and serious pollution,traditional open-cut stations using cast-in-place technology have gradually been unable to meet the large-scale construction of rail transit in my country.The prefabricated structure has significant advantages such as high efficiency,high quality,and environmental protection,and its application in underground shield tunnel engineering is increasing.However,there are still few applications in stations.Correspondingly,there are insufficient researches on the mechanical properties of its structural system.This paper takes a prefabricated station of Changchun Metro Line 2 as the background.For the first time,the prefabricated components are connected by tongue and groove joints.Research on the mechanical properties of prefabricated subway stations,mainly study the mechanical properties of tongue-and-groove grouting materials and their modification,the mechanical properties of double-tenon joints,and the mechanical behavior of the station’s overall structure during the complete assembly construction process.As a result,a comprehensive study of the mechanical behavior of the assembled subway station from material to structure,from part to the whole is formed.The specific research content is as follows:(1)In view of the brittleness of epoxy resin grouting material,low tensile strength and low elongation at break,inorganic rigid ions and fiber materials are added to modify the epoxy resin material,and the modified composite material a series of physical and mechanical tests,analysis of variance range analysis means of analysis of the various physical and mechanical parameters of the modified material of epoxy resin composite material obtained composite tensile strength and elongation at break significantly improved Material ratio.(2)In view of the unclear effect of the double-tenon joint geometrical size on its flexural rigidity,the calculation model of the double-tenon joint is established by the local contact-coupling method.The simulation results are compared with the existing joint full-scale test results,and a good result is obtained.Anastomosis;according to the same modeling method,different joint geometric dimensions such as joint angles,joint lengths,and joint widths are established,and different axial force-bending moment load combinations are applied,and the bending moment-rotation curve is calculated,and the joints of various factors are analyzed.The influence of flexural rigidity provides a basis for the selection of joint geometric dimensions in actual engineering.(3)The above-mentioned joint model was introduced into the overall structure model,and a stratum-solid calculation model covering the complete assembly construction process of the prefabricated station was established,aiming at structure formation,fertilizer trough backfilling,top soil covering,middle slab construction,normal use,etc Critical working conditions,analyze the force situation of the overall structure under various working conditions,and select the key interface to calculate the internal force value to obtain the internal force change during the full assembly construction process of the structure,which provides a reference for on-site construction.
